I appreciate the ease of ordering and receiving this food. I wish I could get free shipping of the 35# bag as I can't lift the 44# bag.

Ordering was easy, prices were great and delivery time was fast, although it was not the 2-3 days most say they get.

I chose this site to order Orijen Large Breed Puppy food rather than my usual from K9cuisine.com solely in the price. Both sites offer similar two day shipping, but Chewy.com has it for $20 cheaper. I can discern no difference between the products offered from both sites, but the shipping from Chewy took longer than I had anticipated. It took approximately 4 business days whereas my shipments from K9cuisine would only take 2. It is still worth it to order from chewy.com, but the promise of 2 day shipping should match the actual offer or wording should be changed on the site. P.S. I do live the United States and I did not count the weekend in the delivery time.

I got my dog food in on time and shipping was free which was really nice. However, I received one product that I believed was going to be a big tube of food when I got one little sausage treat about the size of my finger. It just needed some clarification on the website!

The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because the original hassle I had because they did not have the bag size I requested and it was not posted on the site. They called me over the situation and directly exchanged the size i ordered with multiple bags that equaled the size of my bag but MATCHED THE PRICE. So this is truly great service but had the bag said so on the site EASY 5 stars

I bought a load of greenies and prescription dog food. They were out of stock in the largest size - the only bummer - but even with having to verify the prescription, I had the dog food within 2 days. My husband was betting against me that we'd run out before the food got here - Ha! Pricing was competitive... I think I could have gotten the food a bit cheaper, but the greenies were priced well (or vice versa - I forget). Since I was mostly concerned with speed and chewy had so many good reviews in that regard, the price difference was a non-issue. Overall, very satisfied.

this is my first order with this co. & I have it set up for a regular scheduled shipment of my product, so I am waiting to how it goes a few months down the road. to see if my stuff gets here when its is soposto & for the same price. so far everyting is fine.

That is really the only issue- I would not have cancelled my scheduled delivery if delivery was free or cheaper- I will however use you again when necessary for delivery. Thank you!
