Okay again I sent in coupons to chewy one was for 90 , two was for $5 so I called to order a bag of dog food prescription dog food and it was $118 the lady could not figure out that I can use $90 coupon she said you cannot do that I said why can't I said it's over $90 then she had to go to a supervisor this was a 15-minute conversation and she said okay the supervisor said we can use a coupon I said okay so we're going to charge your bank card and then they're going to adjust it before they send out the dog food okay well guess what they didn't do they didn't adjust it they sent out the dog food so again another time I had to call chewy four times I've dealt with chewy and the past couple months and four times they screwed it up every time I'm going to have to call Amazon cuz of Amazon except coupons for prescription dog food and if they have it or another company that's who I'm going with because I can't keep turning out like this

I’ve ordered thousands of dollars worth of items over the years. I always had a very friendly and helpful person… not anymore !!! Now when you call, it’s like you are an inconvenience to them. Oh and if they need to fix something, heaven forbid !!! They sent a box of kitty litter with a bag of bones, Because Chewy who sends out thousands of items everyday, cannot recognize that they need to wrap the kitty litter box to protect it while it’s being shipped, didn’t…. and of course, the box arrived opened and 1/2 empty. When I opened the box it was in, kitty litter went ALL over my house !!! So I called and a really snotty woman said, “take a picture”. Now, I know it’s hard to believe but I threw it in the trash to try to keep some of it out of the house, I was like, sure .. you think I’m trying to steal $10 worth of kitty litter ? After all the money I’ve spent ?” I was so mad !!!!! So she got mad and hung up, I called back and asked for a supervisor… I need your name and number… listen you twit … I JUST called !! Called a third time and some guy said he was sending another box to replace it…yeah, well tell that other one that I’m not trying to steal $10 worth of litter . Never again !!!!

They cancelled my order for no reason. I called and the young man said it would be resent and I'd get it Friday. It was not resent, I never got it, there was no record in their data that the agent I talked to had done anything at all. I desperately needed the prouct.

I’ve been with chewy through several state moves and about 15 years and the customer service has gotten worse. Pharmacy orders screwed up and basic auto ships not shipping with large delay when items are in stock. The company doesn’t notify you unless you call and complain. I spend a lot of money with chewy but seriously thinking about cancelling all and going a different route.

I had auto ship, chewy took the money and still after a week sent no tracking information, I did about 7 online chats, was given 2 partial refunds and still no tracking!! Then a ton of excuses, then they wanted to take money out for the next auto ship when they still had not shipped my previous order!! Very unreliable company full of excuses, yes I'm still for my refund and certainly will not be using this dreadful company, I ended up having to go to the store and spend even more money.Disgusting.

Clearly only bots are giving them good reviews. Because they are terrible in every sense. Also check the Reddit post “I’m a vet and here’s why I hate chewy” From my own experience several times my package smelled so bad from cigarette smoke. This happened multiple times. I tried cleaning the toys the second time and spent an hour scrubbing the toys with fabric. If u have to hot box ur car with nasty cigs don’t do it with dog treats and toys that my dog is supposed to be CHEWING on. Gross. Read the link I posted. Very well said

Don’t EVER buy from chewy the site is such a joke! Got my dog a new shock collar it stopped working after 2 months they said to send it back and the would send a new one, so we sent it back and months go by never got a new one in the mail when I called to see about a replacement they said they didn’t receive anything and didn’t have any record of me requesting a replacement so now I don’t get my money back or his collar. Very pregnant mom who was relying on a replacement when I can’t afford another one. Thanks chewy for terrible service

Placed an order online, FEDEX pulled in my driveway but did not deliver. I contacted Chewy support online and had to go thru every verification process even when I gave them the order number. Person on other end took forever and continued to ask for everything except why my package was not delivered. This company is like so many more, NO CUSTOMER RELATIONS
