Absolutely the worst service I have ever received. I had a simple order, trying to see how dog food could be obtained cheaper. They split the order, half arrived. The other half, almost a month later, still not here. I called them asking about it. Look online was the response. When's it coming? Call FedEx. What? No. Eventually, since they would not, I had to. They put the wrong address on package. How that is possible is unreal. So, now I must wait for them to call FedEx NOW, change the address, and god knows how long it will be now. I will never use them again for anything. Totally incompetent, even given the Wu Flu crisis. Horribly handled beginning to end. Can't resolve a simple shipping problem on their own.

I have been a customer for years, but it seems they've forgotten the customer. I can understand the difficulties companies are facing now in keeping stock up. What I can't understand is why they would show something as being in stock, then three days later, tell me they are out of stock with 80% of my order. I also fail to understand why the remaining 20% still hasn't been processed 8 days later. This shows a certain level of incompetence, and a total lack of concern for the customer. This is one customer Chewy no longer has.

I had researched low residue dog foods to feed my Great Dane for weeks. I finally decided on Instinct Original Kibble because the price via Chewy.com was amazing-$27.78 for a 22.5lb bag (discount for auto ship included). Everywhere else it was $60.00, including PetSmart, which I just found out owns Chewy.com. So I thought I was getting a great deal, even though I felt in my gut that it was too good to be true but I decided to trust that this price was indeed what it should be and would continue to be. I was wrong, of course. Now it's back up to $60.00. And I've already switched my dog to this food. So, now back to the drawing board and finding a local supplier because really, this is a bait and switch tactic and there really isn't anyone to answer my question as to why the price increased that much, that fast. We're talking within days. I ordered the bag on April 22nd. Checked to see when the next shipment was going to be and saw the price increase. Buyer beware-like the old saying goes, if it's too good to be true it probably is. Goodbye Chewy.com.

I recently joined Chewy’s monthly service, I got my first order. Then this month they charged me for this months order but I haven’t seen anything yet. A couple of days after they took my money they sent me another email saying if I didn’t want to have to wait longer for my order I should pay early, this is after they already charged me for this months order. I tried calling but I was on hold for an hour then disconnected. I am going to try and cancel my monthly subscription as it seems the new business model for them is take your money every month and send you nothing. They are using COVID 19 as an excuse to rip people off.

Go to amazon its faster. Ordered test kit after 8 days called, rep said not a priority and said it should be delivered in a couple of days but no exact date. Talked to supervisor she did not care.

I have never written a review before but my beloved pit bull Bino has never been treated unfairly before either! I decided to try chewy.com for the first time to order his supplies. This was a month ago and the order is still being “processed”. Now I’m getting an email stating I need to contact them to verify my information before they can process the order. BUT THEY JUST TOOK THE MONEY OUT OF MY ACCOUNT BEFORE I COULD CANCEL! I have a bad feeling this is not going to go well when I do call!

I've been using Chewy and had no issues til this last time. I ordered a bunch of stuff, paid it in full (let me repeat PAID IN FULL) and a week later they charge me again (double charge) and say it's a deposit. I've never in my 48 years ever had to make a deposit AFTER something is paid in full. Really believe Chewy is taking advantage of this virus stuff and will NEVER order through them again.

They sent my order to my old address when I bring that to their attention the only response was “we out of stock we will just go ahead and refund you”. Honestly save your time and money. Very disappointed
