Hello I am a new customer to chewie.com and they are truly an amazing company shortly after I had received my second order from Chewie my fur baby passed away when I reached out to them in regards to returning the merchandise they completely refunded me for it and when I got home the next day they had sent me the most beautiful flowers 💐 for my fur babies passing

Chewy is by far the best company and customer service to work with. They assist you as soon as possible and are very accommodating as well as caring for their customers and fur babies.

Outstanding customer service, prompt and helpful replies, good quality products and website easy to use. I ordered a collar and bed for our new rescue. I made a mistake with the sizes and Chewy immediately responded, giving me credit on the original form of payment and asked that I donate the bed and collar. Our local Humane Society was thrilled to get the donations. Many, many thanks to Chewy!!!

Chewy has excellent customer service. I get auto shipments of my cat food from Chewy, but my senior cat was just put on a prescription diet for her kidneys so I had to change her food. The most recent bag I received from Chewy wasn't opened, so I asked about returning it and their response surprised me. Not only do I get my refund but I also get to donate the unused bag of food to my local shelter instead of returning it. I think that's awesome for the company to do. Thanks Chewy :)

Chewy has the most amazing customer service I've ever experienced. In addition to that, I just received a hand painted portrait of my dog in the mail!

I would like to thank Chewy for being such a caring company. I was ordering an item for my cat and the customer service representative and I started talking about pets and what I feed mine. I then told her that I was nervous about boarding my cat for over a month because I was having knee surgery. The representative said that her grandmother had both her knees replaced and that she is doing great. I felt reassured. We spoke for a little more and I really enjoyed this customer representative's company. My order arrived within days. Approximately a week later to my surprise I received another package from Chewy. I opened it and to my surprise it was a large blue mug with two Tazo green tea bags and a card. I opened the card which was also blue with the name Chewy, Chewy, Chewy written on it. Inside the card was a note addressed to me. I would like your customers to read what it read: Hi Carolyn(with a heart next to my name) We were sorry to hear you're not feeling your best. Wishing you a speedy recovery (another heart next to the word recovery) Good health and some rest. Get well soon. (heart) your Chewy friends. This was a hand written note. The author has beautiful handwriting. I very much appreciated the card and the gift. It made my day. This company goes beyond than just selling products. They show that they care about their customers. Thank you so much Chewy. You are the best. I highly recommend this company. I cannot put into words the extraordinary support that Chewy gave me this week. I had received (2) 16 lb bags of Science Diet Light in the past. I started an online chat on Chewy.com with Patricia A. to ask if I could return these unopened bags because I had to put my cat to sleep. I really didn't think it would be possible but it had cost $250 and thought it wouldn't hurt to ask. Patricia refunded me in total and I didn't even need to return the food. (Will donate it.) I was shocked at this amazing customer service. Not only that but Patricia extended her compassion and sympathy during the chat. And, JUST WHEN I THOUGHT HER CUSTOMER SERVICE COULDN'T GET ANY BETTER, I received her bouquet of flowers the next day. A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE. THANK YOU SO MUCH PATRICA.

Love Chewys. ❤️ Great choices of products for my pets and speedy delivery. If a can is dented, they replace immediately. They also sent me a painting of one of my dogs! I Absolutely exclusively shop at Chewy's.
