I have been using Chewy for my cats insulin for years. They provide the best service and price. My little girl, Whiskie just passed and not only did Chewy refund an unused bottle of insulin, they sent flowers on behalf of my beloved little girl. It brought tears to my eyes when they were delivered. Chewy is a companionate and loving company. I will always use them for my pet needs. I still have another little girl with us named Campi. Thank you and love you Chewy!❤️

I just called Chewy for the very first time to see where my order was because it was supposed to be delivered today. So I called the 1 800 number and I thought it was going to be an automated message so me being well me said “where’s my order” and it was an ACTUAL PERSON🤦🏼‍♀️Michael (the guy who answered the phone) was like “Ughh, I’m a person”. I feel horrible now because of the way I said “Where’s my order”. I apologized so many times but I still feel horrible. I didn’t know they had actual humans who answer their phones and not the automated message things. Anyways, Michael was very professional and helped me find my order even after I did that🤷🏼‍♀️This guy deserves a raise after having to deal with my crazy self.

Chewy is amazing! I have used them with 3 dogs. 2 have passed and we still buy our food and heart worm meds from them for my dog now. When my Jack Russell passed in 2020, they refunded me for the special diabetic food we had to buy, and told me to donate the remaining food to a shelter. AND on top of that - they sent me a beautiful hand painted picture of my dog and a sympathy card. I love Chewy and would highly recommend. They are truly a company that CARES!!!

I called customer service for assistance on filling a medicine, the customer service guy is very helpful! Highly recommend!

Chewy is the best! I have appreciated the quick shipping and quality products for the past three years, and today, I had an amazing customer service experience with Victoria! Gold stars for animal lover and nice human, Victoria! Recommend Chewy highly for everything pets!

Hands down the best customer service! I ordered kidney diet canned food, my dog would not eat it, they refunded my money and I will donate the food! Wow! I have been a customer for years, and always have the best service!

Great Customer Service - I started using Chewy because my cat needs special food. I get an automatic shipment every six weeks. I've contacted customer service twice and times received an almost-instant reply. Both times they were very helpful and solved my problem. I'm very happy with the service and the prices.

Thank you to chewy and their customer service team. Fed Ex did not deliver my order to the correct addressX after contacting them and getting no where I reached out to Chewy and they immediately resent the order. It’s service like this that makes loyal customers for life. Thank you for being so great!
