My mother sent me a cat bed (via Chewy.com) for my pets. While it's cute, it's brown not beige so I let Chewy know. They admitted it was brown not beige and that they would update the listing. Then they interrogated me about the transaction because I was not the purchaser. I gave them all of the info they needed and they said my mother had to call them whereupon I told them to leave me and my mother alone (I was not asking for a replacement, just letting them know the color was not as described). Let them keep advertising a beige bed and perhaps others will be disappointed to get a brown one (the Made in China tag says "beige"). Chewy.com sells cheap garbage from China and acts like your friendly neighborhood pet store. This company does not care about people or pets, only profits. I will not shop with them anymore.

Rude customer service that will randomly hang up because they do not want to work. Make up excuses to not refund money.

I have been a customer of Chewy for a long time. Never had a problem with them on my Prescription do food until this Pandemic started .. I haven’t been able to receive my dog food since. I have it on auto ship and for the last 5 times of trying to get my dogs food they keep cancelling my order telling me it’s out of stock. I talked with customer service and they said the would send it out I. A week. To this date I still haven’t received my dog food. Chewy sucks on auto ship. I guess there new customers are getting the food instead of me ..

I'm giving a 1-star review only due to nothing less. I contacted Chewy customer service directly as I had a large order and needed some help. The order was placed and the girl was very helpful. I received the order conformation and my Amex was charged. Wrote several times asking for shipping details, no reply. Called several time was given the run around. After over a week was called saying my order was too large for Chewy to handle????? What???? They canceled the order, locked my access but the charges on my Amex were still there. Had to file questioning the charge with Amex. to resolve. NEVER CHEWY AGAIN

If I could do a negative 5 I would this has to be the Worst experience I have had buying something online they took my money three times out of my account than at the end canceled my order all together for NO reason I recommend you do not use this company I will NEVER use them again now after weeks of thinking I was getting something for my cat I have to reorder it through another company what I should have done from the start

I have been a Chewys Customer for 10 years. Me and my household have spent 10s of thousands of dollars with Chewy. Shipping has been a constant battle. Open cans of wetfood regularly. Rather than go without food for my beloved animals, i always just threw out the opened cans of wetfood and never complained--- until now I just made a regular order with Chewys, approximately 3 months of food. (350.00) I received the majority of my order in 1 box, with no padding (paper bundled) . Multiple cans of crushed opened cans and rotten food everywhere. Disgusted, I called. After 10 years of loyalty,, Chewy informed me that they will not ship a new order until they receive the original back. Really??? After 10 years,,, that's what I get? The following day,, I received shipment 2 of the order.. The food made it,,, but it expired in 30 days. I called them,,, and informed them what happened to my order (again) ,, and all I got was a ignorant teenager on the end of the line saying he cannot ship out good quality food until they get the expired food back.. Hey Chewy ,,, Goodbye to 10 years of Loyalty. You just made me shop and realize I was paying way too much. Smooth Move !! Goodbye-

I am very sorry to have to resort to writing a negative review publicly but I have been unable to get my problem resolved and was not able to be transferred to a supervisor when I asked, repeatedly. Three shipments in a row went to the wrong address even though I carefully checked the order. I have been a Chewy customer for three years using it for pets at home and in a preschool, therefore two addresses. On all three occasions I called when I noticed the order had not arrived and each time I was assured it was corrected. I spent 1/2 hour on the phone trying to get the person to correct this for the next time and frankly, each time it sounded like I woke her up because I recognized the voice and unprofessional demeanor. She only wanted to eliminate addresses. Each time I tried to explain they could not eliminate other addresses because we have two locations for pets. This is a change in Chewy because their customer service was always excellent. I rarely had to call because their online platform worked perfectly for any changes, questions and/or ordering snafus. I am very sorry I could not share this privately with a Chewy supervisor when I asked, so hopefully, they read their own reviews and understand they have a problem. Each time they re- shipped to the correct address at not cost and this cannot go on forever no matter how large the company is.

Worst ordering experience ever. Ordered one item. Tracking item it said delayed for 3 days. Then tracking said Action Required. Fed X couldn't deliver. Chewy can't pack one item for shipment. Then they couldn't resend item. I needed it. Won't order ever again. Not worth one star
