My full appreciation to Chewy and all of the wonderful Customer Service Reps who work at Chewy. I have been a dedicated client of Chewy for over 3 years, and from my first order to my most recent, I have received exemplary customer service . Any question or issue that arose during that time was handled completely professionally and always expeditiously. I always recommend Chewy to all of my friends and family. Their entire ordering process is simple and deliveries are always quick. Two weeks ago our precious 19 year Italian Greyhound crossed the over the Rainbow Bridge. She always had digestive issues and has always been on a purely prescription diet. About an hour after she passed the Chewy order I had placed a few days before appeared at my door. Such heartbreak. I contacted Chewy and they immediately credited me for the purchase and advised me to donate the case of 24 cans to my local animal shelter-which I did. In addition I came home the next day to find a beautiful flower arrangement at my door from Chewy expressing their condolences on the loss of my sweet dog. Chewy goes above and beyond on every detail of your transactions and the compassion they showed to me and my family at a very, very difficult time is unbelievable. Customer Service flourishes at Chewy. We highly recommend them for all of your pets needs!

Our daughter recommended Chewy a few years ago when our older Doberman required special medicinal foods for some serious health conditions. We were very pleased with the assortment of foods and our Dobe enjoyed the taste and benefited from the medicinal qualities. We were so blessed to enjoy a healthier dog for another 2 years. Sadly, our girl crossed the Rainbow Bridge yesterday afternoon. My wife called Chewy today to cancel our recurring food order and she was told our next shipment had already shipped. Surprisingly, Chewy told us that they would send us a shipping label to put on the case of food for free return shipping and no charges would be made. That was so appreciated, and we needed some good news after our huge loss. But Chewy went another totally unexpected step in sending a beautiful bouquet of flowers to our house this afternoon, with a sweet message of condolences on our loss. I am looking for every opportunity to tell people how Chewy has touched us in such a special way. We will definitely be Chewy customers when we get past our time of mourning, and we will tell everyone to give Chewy a try for quality food and professional, fast service. Dan and Jan Clark

We recently had to put our sweet old dog down. I contacted chewy b/c I hadn’t opened her recent box of food & was hoping to return it. I received a heartfelt email back saying to just donate it & they'd refund me but the guy, Jordan went on to say how sorry he was & had so many sweet words of sympathy. But it doesn’t stop there. A week later we received a bouquet of flowers from them with another beautiful note. My heart is touched. Never seen a company do so much & care so much. Always great customer service but this went beyond anything I’d ever expect. Amazing. And thank you Jordan

I've ordered from chewy.com for a couple years. Every purchase and customer service interaction was easy. My dog was a 4 yr old 100 lb female rottie. I ordered a rain coat to use when I had to take her out to potty while it was pouring rain, it didnt fit. I called chewy.com to find out how to return. They refunded, no questions asked and told me to throw it away or donate it. I was very surprised how easy it was. I found out my baby had cancer in November, her bday was Dec 23rd. I ordered a large amount of treats and gifts to spoil her for her last bday and last Christmas. The order was supposed to be delivered Dec 20th but it was lost in transit. Not surprised as it was right before Christmas. I called on the 20th, the nice lady reshiped my order and I received it 2 days later. I ended up getting the original package and called but they told me to keep it. My baby got very spoiled by both me and Chewy. As my baby's cancer was getting worse I was worried she'd have an accident in the house and ordered a couple pee turfs, she passed away the next week. They were $100. I called after she passed to see if i could return them. The girl was so very sweet as I explained through tears that my baby passed and never used the pee turf. She refunded the $100 and explained chewy.com understands the importance of our fur baby's and how hard it is losing them so they dont want me to hassle with the return. She told me to donate them. She was so sweet and understanding. The very next day I had a beautiful bouquet of flowers at my doorstep with the sweetest message from her. Chewy has never disappointed, and has always provided exceptional customer service. One of the best things about their customer service is that there is never a long hold time and no annoying phone tree. I dont have to listen to a long phone tree, selecting numbers for certain departments trying to talk to someone. I always get to talk to someone right away.

I have used the autoship for my dog's food and heartworm medication for years. Unfortunately, my bestfriend of 11 years recently passed. When I called to cancel my autoship products, the gentlemen I spoke with was very compassionate and made me feel he truly was sorry for my loss. The next day I received a beautiful bouquet of flowers. CHEWY IS THE BEST IN MY BOOK! Talk about going above and beyond!

Chewy’s customer service is AMAZING. Yesterday I received my dogs prescription dog food and many of the cans were majorly dented. I emailed them immediately to inquire how I could send these back and get them replaced. I received an email within a hour stating they had sent a new shipment to replace these. These were delivered to me this morning… super fast service.
