I made a order from them and they would not ship me what I bough or refund me. CS hung up on me more then once and would not help.

If you have a pet that absolutely needs a certain medication DO NOT USE CHEWY!!!! I have a husky with a severe zinc deficiency, she will die without zinc pills. I make my order, its accepted, my CC accepts it. Chewy cancels it. I email them. Sorry order #123 will arrive 6/22. 6/23 I try to access site, not happening. I live chat with them, "OH your order was cancelled. Meanwhile my dogs dying. THANKS CHEWY!!!!

Really wanted this to work. There is nothing more convenient then have your pets good delivered to your door. Unfortunately my package was delayed twice with Chewy. Which left me with hungry dogs once, ( Covid-19 store closed at 6:30) the second time I didn't risk it and bought food when it didn't show at 6:15..I called customer service and could really tell how much the customer service agent cared that my package was now delayed 4 extra days, (just kidding, he could care less) it's unfortunate at the lack of customer service, I think FedEx is the problem and maybe a different shipping company would be best for Chewy. Based on my experience I have decided it's best to just buy my own dog food, I will not recommend Chewy or PetSmart to any of my friends or family members.

Their products may be fine, but since one of their main claims is convenience, I’m giving them one star. Having 40+lb boxes dumped on your plants at the end of a steep driveway isn’t my idea of convenience. This happened twice. When I complained I got a generic “Sorry, good luck in the future” email. Not a fan.

Ordered training collar online, instock. They called me many days later saying they were out of stock and cancelling order. Still waiting for refund. They tell me to call my bank, why? Now I am over 10 days without the training collar I need for my GSD. I should have stuck with Walmart. Refunds are so easy and prompt. Now I need a code to write a review!! Bull.

I wish I could leave -0 negative zero stars. Why is it the year 2020 and we are SENDING FAXES to contact vet offices for prescription verification?? And they wait until the last week to charge / ship / contact your vet so now your pet is doing without their meds??? The customer service reps are helpful but their system is super antiquated.

At the apartment building where I live there are several people that order from Chewy, and every weekend the deliveries are left outside on the sidewalk. I have personally called Chewy’s before about this and complained, because if it were my items I would want it put inside of the building. Anyone could take the items! The door of the building was even propped open as there were people moving that day, so there is NO excuse for not bringing the packages inside! When I called Chewy before they said they would take care of it, obviously they haven’t! And I don’t think they are going to! I have the picture to prove they were left outside as well.

Never had a problem with Chewys until April 2020. April I was double charged for my Autoship. Causing my account to be overdrawn by almost $600.00. The bank replaced my money and I had to get a new card. Living on my social security check. That made it very hard for me. Skipped May but I ordered in June . And it's a repeat of being double charged and a promise of returning my money. I still haven't got my money back. Guess I will have to go thru my bank again. Never will I autoship again. Lost all faith in Chewys. I know I'm just a small customer but how many more is this happening to. They blame Covid 19. Well this is a giant company I'm not buying it.
