Chewy.comReviews of chewy.com

First of all this is a great company! Their customer service is second to none! Including nordstroms! They have a great selection of pet related items you can throw in when you get your dog food. They have a great selections along with all the varieties of food. Pooper scoopers, cat water fountains! They are conviently located in the Midwest and shipping is so fast I get my items in 1-2 days!

We recently lost our 3 1/2 month old English bulldog puppy. I called the customer service center in regards to a few things we had ordered which they returned no issue. On top of it we received a bouquet of flowers and a card selling regrets of us losing our a little olive. These days it is almost impossible to find a company that cares so much about their customers. I’m incredibly blessed and so amazed on how well chewy has treated us. Thank you so much to me and also thank you so much for hiring people were such kind hearts and bedside manner when they lost a pet. Forever grateful

By far the nicest company I’ve had to deal with purchasing products for my dog. They ship very fast and always seem to have the items I am looking for even if others are out of stock. I had to questioned them about one return because of sizing issues and they refunded my money and told me to donate the item to my local animal rescue.

We are able to get our pup her billjac dog food from their website, as well as her favorite chew sticks (pumpkin flavor) at a great discount… better than what amazonoffers… and faster on the delivery. Plus when her meds arrive, she gets that bonus biscuit, which she loves.

Our pet Puggle dog, Daisy Mae passed away and we notified Chewy to stop the auto delivery's for her. A few days later we received a flower bouquet and note from English Garden delivered to our home from Chasity at Chewy. It was so nice and much appreciated. Chewy absolutely has our future business. Thank you Chasity and Chewy. Dale & Carol

This awesome site has plenty of variety on pet needs and fastest ship on everything I have ordered! I am a very happy customer of Chewy!

I would like to tell about my experience with this company. I had bought a automatic ball launcher and it stopped working. I called them to get another one sent. I spoke to a woman named Francesca, she is wonderful and her customer service is above and beyond. I had mentioned that my dog Lulu had passed away she was so sympathetic and said how sorry she was. not only did she send out another ball launcher with no questions asked I came home from work and there was a box out front from Ftd the flower company. I opened the box and there was some beautiful flowers in a glass vase and a card signed by her and Chewy. I cried because I have never heard of a company that does something like this. everything I deal with one of these wonderful people they have all everyone of them have been so nice so helpful like they are a friend on the other end of the line. I just want them to know how much I appreciate everything they do and thank you to Francesca you are so amazing and I thank you for your kind and careing words they mean more than you will ever know. I will always buy from Chewy for all of my pet needs. thank you thank you thank you from the bottom of my heart. I wish I could send a pix of the flowers and the card. Kim Virgin.

I have to say, I have always received the items ordered with a day or two; I cannot complain in any way of their service. It has been excellent. This past weekend, one of my dogs passed and to my surprise I received a beautiful message via email from them and today received flowers with another beautiful message giving me their condolences. I have to say, they are incredible. Customers are much more than just that to them.
