Some time ago I advised your staff that our dog Sophia Grace had died & we would no longer be purchasing medication from your company for her. A few days later we received a lovely floral arrangement from “Robbie” in memory of Sophia. What a surprise and how thoughtful! We had never received anything like that as consumers. We have purchased special pet food and medications from your company for several years and have told friends about our confidence in your products, good prices, and efficiency in delivery, but now we can tell them about your caring as well. This was a unique experience for us, especially in light of current economic difficulties — an experience that we won’t forget. We have no animals now but will undoubtedly be contacting you in the future. Thank you for being more than just the place where we get dog food.

Today I received my order and the bag of food had some rips in the bag, food all over the box. Looked like it was about 1/3 the bag in the bottom. Contacted them to let them know and they immediately sent out another bag. That right there is amazing. The other bag will be donated to my local shelter as is the right thing to do. My dogs love this particular food and it can be a bit harder to find these days. Anytime I've had a problem (very few) they've always stepped up to the plate to handle it. A+ customer service as always.

I cannot adequately express how impressed I am with this company. I have multiple autoships with them for multiple pets. Recently...very unexpectedly...we had to have one of our dogs put down. Needless to say we were devastated. I had just received her medication from Chewy the day before. Hadn't opened it yet, so when I emailed to ask if I could send it back for credit they very quickly responded that they would gladly credit my account. They also said I need not send it back but instead asked that I donate it to a local vet clinic. They expressed their sympathy so sweetly the email made me cry...again. This was on a Monday. Today is Wednesday and I came home to a delivery of a dozen roses and another sympathy card from them. Cried again. Their kindness and compassion is overwhelming. I will never use any other company for my pet needs.

I have used Chewy for years for meds for my furbabies. Recently I had to cancel an autoship due to My Beloved Regal King George was dying of cancer and sadly would not be needing anymore. I had shared w/the rep I spoke with as to why I was having to cancel and we spoke for a while about how heart wrenching this was going to be. This happened on a Friday. That next Monday = 4/4/22 was THE MOST HORRIBLE DAY when King George left for The Rainbow Bridge. An hour after getting home from the Vet someone knocked on the door and it was a flower delivery for me from Chewy in condolences & memory for the loss of George. I cannot express the feelings that ran through me. How touching and the timing could not have been more appropriate (if that is the correct word) What other company does this?? Chewy ~ THANK YOU for making one of the worst days of my life have a tiny glow from the love and care you showed to me & George by sending us flowers 💜

I was totally blown away by the thoughtfulness of this company. We recently lost our kitten and I’d messaged Chewy regarding a refund for an item I’d ordered but arrived after he had passed. Not only did they give the refund but a day later a beautiful arrangement of flowers arrived offering condolences on our loss. Thank you Chewy staff, your service was above and beyond my expectation ❤️

During our sad time after our Corgi, Miles, traveled over the rainbow bridge, Chewy reimbursed to us the cost of his last bag of dog food and asked us to donate it. Today we received flowers, a particularly hard day as Miles ashes are ready to be pick up. Thank you for everything you do. We are a customer for life. The Spears Family

After using chewy for just a couple of months, our dog passed. When I asked for a refund for unused medication and told them why, they sent my family a bouquet of flowers. It was so unexpected and so kind. Thank you so much 💓

This is a shout out to Lisa in Customer Service who was kind enough to send me flowers after having to put my dog down. There are not enough words to express my appreciation of such thoughtfulness. They arrived on a day when I was feeling especially sad missing my dog. Lisa, you are THE BEST!!!
