I’d rather choose zero stars! Ordered meds that never came even tho vet faxed approval twice! This just lead to phone call after phone call wondering where is my order only being told that my vet didn’t send approval which they did twice .heart guard never came due to their lack of knowledge of faxes they receive and/or emails I choose to Not order anything from here again or will not be recommending this site to anyone.

Don’t bother ordering medicine from chewy, I just had another order screwed up because the representatives don’t know what they are doing and I now have to go to my vet to get the medicine!!! This has happened to me so many times.

After a glitch in the system that wasn't caught until I contacted them when I realized I had not yet recieved a shipping email. I was then told there was nothing they could do and they didn't know when it would arrive but "it should be in a few days". So now my dog gets to have an upset stomach from switching foods around. No offer of help, no offer of even a freaking coupon for the future. Will NEVER use this site again. Rather give my money to PETCO than this place ( and that's saying something)

Very very poor help, talked to 4 different people, all with very bad attitudes don't bother using them,trying to get script. Must be out, cause can't give me reason it wasn't shipped over a week and half, DONT USE!!!VERY POOR customer service

Ordered meds for my dog needing a prescription from my vet. They sent several emails letting me know that MY VET was not responding despite Chewy's efforts. After making several phone calls and getting frustrated with my vet for seemingly losing the faxes and not responding, I actually found out the it was CHEWY that was not doing their job. It took my vet personally getting on the phone with them to even get a fax sent. In the end, Chewy said they "might be too busy" to complete my order before it automatically was cancelled. Wouldn't you know it, having not heard from them for several days, I went into my account and the order disappeared entirely. They said it was cancelled w/o any notification. Order elsewhere.

Been ordering from Chewy for 4 years. Always was good, but since covid this company has let me down every order. NEVER SHIPS ON TIME, takes a week or more with no communication from cust svc, TERRIBLE TERRIBLE company now - my pets count on food from me, and when Chewy DOESNT DELIVER it then what can I do? Got to go out to the petfood store and buy it which is what I have to do today again as my order from Monday has not been delivered yet. JUst terrible cust svc, terrible business model, terrible delivery time. Id say Ive ordered 120 times from Chewy, THIS WILL BE MY LAST

I received an email offer from Chewy to receive 25% off my order. There was no link to any terms and conditions. The offer was not honored. Seems like a very sketchy company.
