I’ve always been a loyal customer with Chewy, for over three years now. My dog food is on auto ship every 6 weeks, same food.....every time. Did not receive any notification that my food was out of stock. When we found out it was out of stock we picked a brand that had somewhat of the ingredients that Royal Canin has listed. Incredibly we were charged for shipping?! Out of my dog food for 3 months and you charge me for shipping?! Canceled my orders with Chewy and went to Amazon. Better price and Amazon always comes through.

Called on multiple occasions to order some prescription dog food. Waited a few days and contacted again and said they couldn't contact the vet which was untrue. On the third attempt they got the script and said the order was on the way and would send me tracking number. After second week and no tracking number called them again after payment from one week previous and the order still was not shipped...talked to the clerk and they had no clue as to why it wasn't shipped and asked for a supervisor and was placed on a long hold.......They will never get our business again..

Worst customer service ever. My card was declined with no explanation. Same card they have had on file for 2 years. The card is not expired Nor is it at a limit. Just used it at another store without problems. Tried calling customer service and was on hold for more than 5 minutes, live chat does not work and if you try the e mail function it just gives you a list of questions. Found Primal cat food on Amazon so I’m done with Chewy.

I have ordered from chewy for years. This was an order from the pharmacy placed on June 17, 2020. My vet will not verify by phone so I mailed the prescription June 18. After 2 and a half weeks of calling and sitting on hold for 45 minutes at a time and emails that were never returned, they didn't have the prescription yet. I finally went back to my vet to get copies and mailed again on July 6th. On July 11th I called again because I'm running out of meds. After listening to the pharmacy girl pass the buck and put the blame on everyone but chewy, I asked for a supervisor. She was very nice and said she would keep the order on her desk and check every day and when the prescription appeared she would expedite everything. No compensation though for all of the hassle I've already been put through. By the way my order was $284 and included non-pharmacy items. Finally in the early morning of July 16 I got an email that they had the scrip. I waited until the evening of the 17 and still no shipping email. I emailed again and asked why this order isn't shipping when the supervisor said it would be expedited. No answer to this day to yet another email. Got notification that the item shipped on the 17 after I went to bed and it was not expedited. Not coming until July 20. Today is July 20. No package. I went back on to track it and they didn't bother to get it to Fed Ex until July 19th, and now the package won't arrive until July 23rd! So ordered on June 17 and I won't get it until July 23? I've had 2 dog food orders since then, the last one of which just arrived today and was shipped AFTER this pharmacy order!! Please people, take my advice and don't use their pharmacy any more. It is a disaster. I had to go to my vet anyway to get more meds because we ran out. Why do I use Chewy pharmacy again? Oh yeah... for convenience of not having to run to the vet and wait 1 DAY to pick up my prescription! I made 3 trips there for this mess! And then no compensation! So done with them! Update...I was contacted by chewy after a comment on their Facebook page. They did credit me $100 which I appreciated, but I still will not use them. This is not a bag of dog food that I can go to a store and buy. My pets have to have their meds and I just don't trust them anymore after the way they treated me. It took a social media post! Just answer my emails!

Horrible day 5 and my order is still saying it's in a local FedEx facility FOR 2 DAYS NOW! I wish this company would get it together and choose a different carrier! Just a heads up its easier to order directly from your favorite pet store! CHEWY.COM is EXTREMELY UNRELIABLE

I ordered Sentinel Sepctrum at Chewy online on June 19 and provided all required information to include our dog’s birth date, breed, weight and veterinarian details. They sent email a few days after saying they could not get hold of our vet so I called them on July 2 to let them know that I am going to send them the original paper prescription. On July 6, I got an email that my order is being processed. But two days after, I started getting email again that they could not contact our vet again. I called Chewy to clarify the order status and after several minutes on hold, rep said they found the prescription and will process my order. On July 15, I received an email saying my order was cancelled cause they cannot contact our vet. I called Chewy again to straighten everything up. The rep mentioned that the price increased but made an override to change it to the original price. He finally got the order processed correctly this time cause a few days after, I got a tracking number. I received the box on July 18 but it was all crumpled up. It was received by FedEx that way as there is a sticker that notes that condition. Even the boxes of Sentinel Spectrum were crumpled up. Good thing the tablets themselves are still wrapped securely. The entire process is unacceptable. I will never order from Chewy again.

I started getting auto shipments that were very inexpensive every 2 weeks. The last one went up quite a lot without my knowledge, because I authorized a certain amount to be paid and they put on more than I authorized. I called Chewy and the representative said that it was not their fault and that their supplier raised the rates. I asked him why I wasn't told before the shipment left their warehouse...he fumbled over his words. VERY DISHONEST COMPANY...will not deal with them again.

Terrible customer service It seems like they really don't care to take your money. Wouldn't recommend them or use them a 2nd time
