Chewy.comReviews of chewy.com

It was nice to have it delivered to the house since we have to go to a different store just to pick up this certain brand and the price was the same with out the waste of gas and hassle to get there. Very convenient with delivery.

Thanks for the quick delivery!

I love this tax-free pet shopping site.

We received our order very quickly and were happy with the product. I will not order again if Chewy doesn't offer an alternate delivery service; Fed Ex made a huge mess on our paver driveway by dripping oil from their vehicle.

Good price with a discount and timely delivery.

I received the 33# bag of dog food and the outside carton was 3/4 open at the top. There was not sufficient tape across the top to secure the box considering the weight inside. The bag of dog food could have fallen out. Other than this, your service was very good and delivery was fast as promised.

Hi, the ordering, email confirmation, delivery process and customer service was excellent! I ordered a 5 lb bag of dog food and was notified that you were out of that size but were shipping a 15 lb bag as replacement with no additional charge. I placed the order for my brother's dog. My brother told me that his dog does not seem to like the dog food even though it is the same protein (lamb & rice) that his dog ate previously. Any suggestions would be appreciated. I could only give you 4 stars since his dog is not eating the food and enjoying it like I had hoped. Thank you.

Everything went well with my purchase of dog food and received my order in 2 days. I was surprised when I saw my box had torn open from Fedex and sitting on my porch, dog food bags hanging out. I am grateful the bags of food were durable and didn't break open.
