Have been ordering from Chewy for a couple of years with no issues. My last order was for over $50 on September 3 which should have been here by the 5th but was told today that I won’t receive until the10th. This is not the promised ship time

The dog/ cat food service is exceptional!! As is the customer service in Florida but the prescription is life threatening to your pet!!!! If you need meds within a week do t use them. I figured as dog food ships fast medication would too but my dog will miss prescribed dosage even tho I called a week ago! Again its not Florida office fault but people should be advised NOT to order necessary meds unless routine with a month notice

I love the selection. We can get all 6 of our pets' food in one place, and there are 4 different kinds. I love the convenience and price. I do not love the packaging. More than once, we have gotten damaged product. Customer service tries to help, but the original issue is never fixed. Packaging is the issue. No padding in boxes, boxes too big for items so they slide all over inside.

I used to use Chewy for all my pet food and supplies. However, I found buying my canned dog food from Chewy (Zignature brand) is now $3.19 per can and only $2.99 per can with a 10% case discount at my local pet food store. So it’s only about $2.70 per can. I love having it delivered but I would rather go buy a couple cases once a month and save money more than delivery convenience.

We have used Chewy for 2 years now, and for the second time in a row, my order took 3 extra days from the expected delivery day. Called and they said I can go buy it at the store and they will reimburse methe additional cost, but cant help that the order will be late once again. I am now going back to Pet Smart, the box dealer for them and start getting the rewards they offer, also I can get it when its more convenient for me, not Chewy.

Orders are shipped out quickly, arrive quickly, great product selection and availability, can't say enough about this company WITH THE EXCEPTION OF the pharmacy! For months now we have been getting allergy meds as well as flea prevention from Chewy, but each time I place a refill order they say that we don't have any refills available, when the vet called them in with TWELVE refills EACH TIME! Over and over we have been through this until finally gave up and switched to 1800PETMEDS. Will continue to buy our food, and all other items from Chewy, but never again will we work with the pharmacy...nightmare!

Once PetSmart acquired Chewy.com, things slowly have gone downhill. Won't they learn? There was a reason Chewy was a hot commodity: it's excellent service and prices. Mind you, they are still making some effort, but now my last few orders have been coming late, even though they tout the promise of free 1-2 day shipping. Now they are using OnTrac to deliver and my last shipment magically arrived at night, a day after it was marked as delivered. Then with the following order, I'm missing another package 2 days after it was said to have been delivered to my door by OnTrac. I've had a faithful, regular autoship with them every 2 weeks for several years, but I'm going to have to look elsewhere now.

I ordered $92 worth of pet food on Thursday Feb. 21. Order was 1-2 days shipping. I did not recieve mo order on Saturday Feb. 23, I called checked the Chewy website and it showed that my order had not shipped. I called Chewy to find out why, I got a lame excuse about weather ( this has been going on for 3 months with them). I was told it would be here Tuesday Feb 26th, I checked Chewy web sight again, not shipped....I called back! I talked to ANOTHER SUPERVISOR, she said they have 19,000 backed up orders!!!!! So, 19,000 other people, clear back to Feb. 11th are still waiting or their orders! I am being given a full refund WHEN the food FINALLY DOES SHIP, and I get to keep the food. For 3 months now, I have been getting ALL OF MY CHEWY FREE BECAUSE THEY CANNOT SHIP IT ON TIME! I was told it is the PEOPLE THAT ACTUALLY SHIP IT TO US, NOT THEM. I CONFIRMRD THIS WITH THE PEOPLE WHO MAKE THE SPECIAL BRAND OF CAT FOOD I USE, IN COLORADO! THE FOOD IS IN STOCK AT CHEWY, THEY JUST CANNOT GRT IT SHIPPED OUT TO US BECAUSE OF PEOPLE LIKE FED EX!
