I have an important medication for one of my cats coming from Chewy. They emailed me once saying that there was a possibility that they would be out of stock on any medications. I responded and said that with all that was going on I understood and would contact the All Feline vet to get the medicine from them (even though it is more expensive). BUT (and it is a huge bad but) Chewy responded and said they will not notify anyone when out of stock, only when the medication was back in stock. Many people with pets who gets medicine auto from Chewy might end up with a dead pet because Chewy will not let them know. To me this is extremely cruel.

Chewy's is the absolute BEST in customer service and merchandise. Cats are picky little eating fluff balls. Chewy's refunded my money, reached out and let me know that they would be happy to assist me in finding a food that she would like. I'm shocked, I didn't ask for a refund, didn't even really give the product a bad review, but a 'meh'.

They tell you FREE 1-3 DAY SHIPPING!! I placed an order on 7/25. Got an email that 'my order has shipped' on 7/25. Estimated arrival on 7/31. I sent them a message asking about why it's 6 days instead of 3 - NO RESPONSE in 3 days. Then I open chat to ask what's going on and I get a very snarky response about how 'well, we actually don't ship on days besides M-F'... even though there's no mention on their website. And they told me it was 'shipped' on Saturday. If you tell me it shipped, then it should be 1-3 days from that time. False advertising and poor customer service.

I ordered a prescription for my dog a week ago. I never heard anything to date. I called Chewy and prder had not been placed as they did not have correct vet number. I asked why they didn’t call me? No response, no apology! Be ware as now I have no meds for my dog and will have to pay addn money for meds today. I am switching to 1 800 Pet Meds.

Not happy with last encounter. Received my Prairie Dog Smokehouse Jerky. I ordered two of the 15 ounce bags for 18.99 each. (still showing on their website). I received 2- 4 ounce bags and was charged 22.00 each. when I called, it was as if I was a criminal and had to ask for a manager because the first person said the 4 ounces for $22 is still on the website. Not even thinking of how stupid that sounded. When I told the manager that Amazon has the 4 ounce for 7.99- and the 15 ounce bag for $19.99 I was told that Amazon is a totally different company and their pricing is different. I asked her if it made sense that 4 ounces of jerky is $22.00. She put me on hold and came back about 20 minutes later and said: there is a pricing issue and we will refund your $48. Interestingly, it is still on the website. So beware of what you are purchasing. I should not have had to argue nor wait on hold until they got their act together. I just ordered the 15 ounce bags on Amazon

The Chewy pharmacy is very unprofessional, Undedicated, morons!!! Had a script for my dog for 7 refills of meds. Every time I went to fill it or it go out with my auto ship it was out of stock. They said they would mail when they received more. Never did, this happened 3-4 times. Went on today & they had it in stock, my refill had 480 pills left. They never sent it again!!! Talk to them & they stated I need a new script that it expired 7/20. Ok well the last 3-4 months every time I ordered it y’all didn’t have it. Then when you did you never sent it!! Now my dog can’t get her meds because of your Incompetent pharmacists. The vet I used is no longer alive & she is old & aggressive to bring to vet. That’s why she had refills from the vet. Now I’m going to have to stress her out & try to bring her to vet. I will never use chewy pharmacy again. They don’t know what they are doing, don’t live up to their words, tell you one thing & does another & feels like they don’t even care about pets or people!! They suck!!

I had a prescription for my cat in auto ship with Chewy. com. I got an email tell me it had been filled and shipped. However after days of tracking the shipment had not moved. After numerous phone calls over several days it was finally admitted to me it was a data entry error and had never been shipped at all! But there going to RUSH me the medicine right away. Days later (again) no shipment. More phone calls to try and actually get the medication. Got the shipment today and instead of the 30 pills the prescription was written for I got 3 pills!!! I had already paid for the prescription before the supposed auto ship. Now I’m having to go to vet to buy more medicine because I can’t get what I’ve already paid for! I’m at my wits end with these people. If your pet depends on medication don’t use these people. Unfortunately you can’t depend on them.
