We have had great experiences with chewy.com. The best thing is how they pack the canned food. They have these boxes that are made to keep the cans from shifting and denting, which can ruin their seal. Their customer service members are problem solvers and are easy to get on the phone. Their prices are the same or often better than other stores. I enjoy the AutoShip feature. I usually get my order in two business days.

I love using Chewy to purchase PetlabCo for my pet! They make it so easy to filter through with it's great UI design and their customer service is superb! Would recommend getting PetLabCo for your companions; I regularly order their probiotic chews, their dental line, and their treats for my small chihuahua. They're soft and small which makes it easier for her to eat.

I love the Chewy Family! When I ordered a few things that were too small for my dog Luna they refunded me and ask to donate the items to local animal shelter. Today we got the sweetest surprise in the mail. It was a card with a hand painted picture of our Sweet Baby Girl Luna. Wish I had a way to attach the painting as it is a perfect image of our girl. Amazing Customer Service! Thank You Chewy!

Stellar customer service! Updated my autoship and inquired about an address change as I was moving to my mothers house who recently passed. A couple of days ago I cancelled my auto ship. When asked why I responded that my fur baby was no longer with me .... Darby, the customer service rep, was quite sympathetic & seemed to really empathize with me. Hours later I received a beautiful flower arrangement of yellow roses from Darby and the Chewy team. She will never know how those flowers brightened my day. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

I normally don't buy off Chewy because I preferred Petco since I could easily return stuff to the store. I took a risk on Chewy.com and bought some aquarium products. A decor item I bought was nothing like the photos advertised and I'm sure it wasn't Chewy's fault since they probably got stock photos from the brand/manufacturer. They asked me to write a review for the product a week later so I unfortunately, wrote a bad review of the product with pictures attached. A day later, Chewy emailed me and refunded me for the decor item and told me I didn't have to return the item. That was actually shocking because I didn't want to pay to return a measly small item. It's nice to know they care. I definitely recommend them but be sure to research your product before buying. But overall, Chewy has made a really good impression and I do recommend them for anyone who has pets.

I know this is going to sound fake but I would post a pic of the email if I could. Let me tell you for I am so pleased with the customer service I just received. I don’t usually leave reviews but I ordered a two pack of seresto collars and one was for a small dog. I meant to order two large. So I explained this to them and not only did they refund my money but said to keep the small collar and donate it. Also, the free shipping came next day and they got back to me right away with my inquiry. Very happy with them! I’ve never had an experience like this with a company. Thank you Chewy!
