They used to be awesome but last few months they suck,two phone calls where I was hung up on, and 4 emails unanswered after I busted my butt to get script vet approval they stated they would approve. Once approved they assured me script on way and never received, including no email confirmation. Both calls and 3 emails assured me order was approved and on way a month later no answer to 4th email and no meds.

Mediocre at best. Always promising satisfaction but their shipping oversight is terrible. Have not received anything on time yet. Average 7 to 10 working days when I keep being told 3 to 4 days. Customer service never really seems that interested in hearing your issues. Will not be using them again.Petsmart is faster

Over the last 4 months we had excellent service but on our last order the pharmacy said they could not reach our vet. They have successfully done this 3 times before. I called the vet and they have received no calls from chewy for our cat. We were put on hold by the vet office when we called. My assumption is that chewy was also put on hold and refused to wait. Because of covid the staff spends extra time retrieving pets at door and returning them to owners waiting in cars. They consult with the owner via phone which ties up their phone lines. Chewy needs to have more patience in this unprecedented time, instead they cancelled order. I will not order food or medicine from chewy again.

Very limited on their dog food. Had to switch to Wal-Mart.com to get dog food.

I have ordered a prescription drug from them for my dog numerous times. Usually it takes about 3 days for them to ship it, then another 3 to actually receive it. This time, it has been a week and they haven't even shipped it. I have been trying for days to reach someone in customer service, which they tout as being "24/7". This is a false statement. Their customer service options on their site take you into a loop of their frequently asked questions. Once you get with someone on their outsourced chat, prepare to spend about an hour. They still can't give any answers, so you might as well be talking to nobody. Good prices, but service is terrible.

Ordering was easy enough and the first order coupon was great. I think they need to be a little bit more diligent about providing quality materials the retractable leash that I purchased broke five minutes after connecting it to the dog. Also I ordered five different components and each one came in a different box. Two of the boxes came on the same day with duplicate items in each box because I ordered two sets

SERVICE HAS GREATLY DIMINISHED OVER THE PAST FEW MONTHS. LOST A LOYAL CUSTOMER WITH MULTIPLE AUTO SHIP PRODUCTS. One of my senior dogs is on auto ship for medication she will require for the rest of her life. The past three months Chewy has canceled my order stating my vet has not responded. Firstly, there is no reason to send out each month or respond each month as the prescription is not expired. Apparently Chewy sends out "automatic faxes" every month on every prescription, expired or not. This is per the lady I spoke with yesterday, Aug 5. While speaking with her she called over to the pharmacy, new fax was sent, my vet filled out and sent immediately back to them. The lady I was speaking with confirmed they had confirmed refill. Fast forward to today, Aug 6. Get home, have an email from Chewy stating my order has been canceled due to not being able to reach my vet. Now yesterday, I was on my cell phone with customer service, the house phone with my vet. Customer service was speaking with the pharmacy. Customer service stated pharmacy received approval. Call back today, pharmacy cannot find the approval so they will need to do it all over again. I told the customer service man not to bother, they will no longer get any business from me.

This is my second time using Chewy and both times have been bad experiences not sure why, first order was for our dog and ferret ordered tubes that showed Ferret picture on the tube package and a large ball for the dog, when I received the package got hamster tubes and a small ball. I just placed an order for my Ferret for food July 31, today is August 5 And they haven’t shipped it out I called and now I have to wait another 1 to 5 days unbelievable had to emergency go out today to buy ferret food. Last time I use this company all they say is sorry don’t offer any assistance for there screw ups. Ridiculous. I agree with a lady whom said your pet will die with this company.
