We absolutely love chewy.com ! We have always been beyond happy with their products and more importantly their customer service, which is always top notch. We recently received a beautiful bouquet in honor of our dog who just passed and it was beyond thoughtful . We can’t recommend Chewy enough. We will always be a loyal customer of theirs. Thank you for everything !!

I hardly ever write review- really. Either good or bad, I just don't take the time. However, I just received a beautiful bouquet of flowers and a kind note sharing condolences on the loss of our beloved cat of 20+ years. What a surprise to see the vase sitting on my doorstep just 2 days after sharing with the customer service agent, who called to tell me I needed to update my prescription for my cat's flea medicine, that our dear cat had passed. I was already a fan of Chewy's products and customer service, now I am a fan who will spread word of mouth PR for this great company who finds the time for human compassion in a busy world! Keep it up, Chewy!

We have enjoyed a long term relationship with Chewy. The customer service reps have always been personable and most helpful. In addition, orders are delivered timely and refunds and/or exchanges are promptly issued for damaged products and returned items. More recently, we were deeply touched by Chewy’s incredibly thoughtful customer service sympathy gesture following the sudden and painful loss of our beloved 6 year old lab. Chewy sent our family a beautiful floral arrangement and heartfelt card that touched us deeply and brought tears to our eyes. We greatly appreciate and highly value being long term recipients of Chewy’s quality canine products, exceptional customer service, and kind and caring condolence gift!

My mom contacted Chewy to see if they might be able to refund her for some of the pet meds that she had ordered ordered that her dog Merlin was going to need to take all summer long. She explained what happened, that he crossed the Rainbow Bridge last Sunday. They decided to refund her immediately for everything that she had ordered and no longer needs, and then some beautiful flowers showed up today for her. Great company!

I had been ordering a couple of meds for our dog Jack. I had them on outomatic refill. On May 6, 2022 we found out from our vet that we should put Jack down. I call Chewy to stop the script. I take to Chris. He stop the orders. Then on May 10, 2022 we received some flowers from Chris from Chewy. I called and talked to Nacole. She looked up my account and found out that Chris wasnot there that day, but would send him a message that I had called and wanted to thank him for the flowers. On May 10,2022 Jack went to doggy heaven. Thank you Chewy for you service. Bill & Irma.

I reached out needing to return some dog food. When the agent - Zera - learned that our pup had passed away before the food arrived, her tone changed quickly from fun and quirky ("thanks for pawing in! what can I dig into?"), to kind and sympathetic. She issued a refund for the food and asked that we donate to a local shelter in our dog's name. It was really touching, and such a small but significant gesture. I wish all companies treated their customers with this much empathy after the loss of a loved one.

Chewy is amazing . I just lost my dog of 16 years and purchased an order that I wanted to know if I could return to them to donate . They had no questions and refunded my card . They also were so kind with words saying to reach out even if you just need to talk . WOW ! If only everyone was just as kind and thoughtful . Above and beyond for sure with customer service . Thank you guys for everything
