I ordered some items including prescription meds and my dog died before they could cancel them. They refunded my money and stated to just donate the items. On top of that they sent us flowers with a personal, handwritten note. Above and beyond!

****Customer Service is pleasant, knowable and quick to respond to the reported issue. 5 star all the way***** Monday night, I ordered 3 different types of medicated shampoos, one medicated conditioner and a spray for hotspots for dogs. My package was shipped that night and arrived at my home by Wednesday. Unfortunately, the the top came off of the medicated conditioners and leaked out into the box during the shipping process . I phoned customer service, a replacement bottle was sent to my home immediately. Keep up the excellent work, I'll definitely order again from Chewy!

I lost my 14 years old furry baby last week. I spoke with chewy rep regarding recent order that I had to cancel and informed about our loss. Today I received flower from Chewy with thoughtful handwritten card. How thoughtful they are. I am so thankful and all our family members are so touched.

On April 18th we lost our best friend and baby to cancer. We were using Chewy for our GSD's flea and tick/heartworm meds. When I called to stop the auto shipment, the Chewy rep was very sympathetic and helpful. Two days later, I received 12 beautiful long stem yellow roses from the same rep and Chewy. I was so shocked that a company would take the time to honor one of their customers in this way. Thank you Chewy, what a wonderful company you are.
