I'm not a fan of this company.i work for FedEx delivering the products off the website n I was also a customer of theirs.what I received on both ends were boxes of cat litter mainly over packed mainly busted open n leaking very valuable amounts of the product into the box or often lost in travel to the customer home.they tend to use one strip of tape per side when shipping boxes sometimes weighing 77lbs.not sure how much cardboard cost,but I'm sure they could afford to breakdown the shipment into multiple boxes instead of trying to pack everything in one which causes the boxes to become damaged n loss of product in most cases.on the delivery end I do not like that they allow customers zero limit on the amount of stuff they can order.its pretty hard on a single driver to go to 3rd floor apartment buildings with 6-8 55lb plus boxes.i truly hate this service as a driver n wish we could relinquish our contract with them n they go to ups or lazership.its a big part of my daily route n is probably responsible for 35% of what's on my truck but I'm sure we can find another company to pick up if we eliminate this one.poll every driver n it will definitely be chewy that they hate delivering the most..

The service at Chewy has gone completely downhill. It started happening after they were bought by PetsMart. Anyway, they sent me a bad (ineffective) vial of ProZinc insulin for my diabetic cat. It did nothing to control his blood glucose. I contacted them about this problem and they insisted that I return the old vial of insulin BEFORE they would send me a replacement. I have waited 2 weeks for them to send me a shipping label for the replacement. At first they said they would email it to me. After I called four different times on four different days about this, they finally said they would mail me a return label. They then said (after I called AGAIN) that the label had been mailed to me on August 28. That was a lie. I finally received the return label on September 7. The envelope was post marked September 5, so they lied. Now I have returned the old insulin vial and am awaiting the new one. They are taking their sweet time and won't even ship out the replacement insulin until Monday (the order was placed on Thursday). The bottom line is that I will NEVER order medications from Chewy again. The service is horrible and the meds are not even decent. I have read about many people receiving old/nearly expired medications.

Why did I get a gigantic box that I usually get for cat food and litter when all I ordered were four small items. This is a blatant waste of cardboard and it's obscenely to take care of. Learn proper packaging pls

Twice my order was sent to the incorrect address. When making contact on chat with customer service the first agent disconnected. The second was trying to argue with me. You lost my business!

I ordered and paid for two Andis clippers, it has been 3 months and I still don't have them. Now they are not wanting to fix the issue. Don't trust them.

I purchased a expensive toy for my best friend, my beloved dog. The box was delivered torn opened,re-taped shut, packing inside box was strewn all about, and my dogs expensive toy was gone! Called company, which they immediately sent another, of course, they said for free, EVEN THOUGH I ALREADY PAID FOR IT! I will never purchase anything from Chewy.com again! This is a fly by night company, and my dog deserves better, he’s part of our family!

Not great customer service, lost me over a $20 or so coupon not applied correctly. They refunded me part of the order but not the full order for coupon so I'm taking my business elsewhere after years
