Ordered a product for my dog and it seems to be working Great 👍

Chewy is the best company, hands down. Delivery is fast, always has good prices, and customer service is phenomenal. If food doesn’t work out for you they ask you to donate it to a shelter. But what tops it off - in exchanging emails (I can’t remember what about) they were mentioning my dog and I had to inform them she passed away recently. Didn’t think anything of it. Within a week I received a beautiful bouquet of flowers, with a note saying “sorry for your loss of Harley” from Chewy. I cried. I will never shop anywhere else for my animals. This company won my heart over with their kindness.

I canceled an auto ship due to my dog passing away. They were very understanding canceled my upcoming shipment. To my surprise today I received a floral arrangement from chewy with there condolences. What a surprise Chewy is definitely a class act thank you for your kindness

Not only is Chewy the fastest and best, but they are a company with a heart! When an order was incorrect they told me rather than return it I could give it to my local shelter. AND when I told them to stop my shipments because my kitty had died... they sent flowers. The best!

I love doing business with Chewy. I recently needed to contact Customer Service - it was SO nice to call and talk to a REAL person! In both cases, the person was friendly, knowledgeable and solved my issue. I highly recommend this company!

I had bought a dog crate a couple weeks didn’t quit work out. We ended up having to sell our dog so I called and told them I needed to return. I spoke to Christopher on the phone at like 1 in the morning. SUPER SWEET AMAZING guy! He was very helpful and so wonderful to talk to. He helped with the return and told me I would get my money back for it but he told me to keep it and give to the person we were selling our dog to!! Which is absolutely so kind of him!! A couple weeks go by and I haven’t received my money in my bank account yet. Called them back and spoke to Dania at 12 in the morning. She was very helpful and so sweet! She told me they tried to send the money to my account TWICE but didn’t go through. I totally forgot I got a new debit card so I had a new card number. So we got it all worked out now! Both were so helpful and wonderful to talk to so late at night! I thank both of them so much for helping!! I will definitely be shopping again on Chewy once we get another little pup eventually! Chewy has such amazing people working for them!!

I used Chew to order special, doctor-prescribed food and insulin when my little guy became diabetic. Not to run out, I purchased a case in advance of my reoccurring order. When we lost him this week, I called to have the order discontinued and request to return 1 unopened case. The lady over text chat told me to donate the food to a shelter and immediately credited my credit card. This was impressive. What was over the top was the next day when they sent us flowers and a lovely note for our loss. Unbelievable customer service! They have a customer for life!!

Recently I contacted Chewy informing them that I was making end-of-life arrangements for my dog and that I needed to cancel my autoship order for his joint supplements. Today, on the day that he crossed the Rainbow Bridge, I received a lovely flower arrangement with a personal note from "Renee at Chewy". That meant so much to me.
