Chewy is the best pet supply company in the world. I depend on them for suggestions for my fur babies. They carry everything you could want or need. If I ever have a problem I know Chewy will take of it and make me happy. You Rock Chewy!!!!!

I have been using Chewy Auto-Ship for about 6 months now and find it serves my cats well. It works well for the litter, which usually comes right on time. But I cannot seem to time the cat food, so I have opted to order as I need it rather than having bags all over or going out to buy a bag before the shipment comes in. I also get the cat toys from Chewy. I had some toys that the cats barely even sniffed, and I wrote a review on the Chewy website saying so. Well, I was reimbursed for that order, which was not my intention. So now I am afraid to leave a review because I don't want them to think I am taking advantage of Chewy. Anyway, I love Chewy, and over the past 6 months, I have enjoyed their prompt services.

I have been doing business with Chewy.com for many years and have always been so impressed with their efficiency and customer service. I recently updated my pet portal due to the death of one of my cats, and to my surprise, a few days later, I received flowers from them! I was truly blessed by their thoughtfulness.

I have been a satisfied customer for several years and just recently lost our loving dog. I brokenheartedly contacted Chewy and chatted with an extremely compassionate representative named Jody just a day after Gunner's passing. She helped me cancel our subscription and today, (2 days later) a beautiful bouquet from Chewy arrived at our doorstep. Amazing...thank you so much Chewy for your kindness ❤️

I love Chewy! I truly think their customer service is the best out there. Always helpful, friendly, compassionate, and if they don’t know the answer, they will do their best to find it. I take care of a colony of 60, have 10 pets of my own, and I’m involved in rescue, so I often use Chewy to get the best prices and fast shipping. I do hate that they have to use FedEx to provide us with the lightening fast shipping, but I also recognize this it’s one or the other. We either wait longer for our orders because they switch to using UPS, or we suffer damaged goods sometimes because FedEx is in a hurry and not the most gentle. Amazon is fast but doesn’t have nearly the selection or prices, so fast shipping on these items at the price Chewy offers is def one of the top appeals. Plus, they ALWAYS make up for it. They go above and beyond. They also thoughtfully send your pets bday cards that are written and signed by a real human being! I highly recommend this company to any pet parent or anyone that provides for any animal(s).

Chewy has always gone above and beyond! A majority of the time, my order comes to me without any issues. In the rare instance there is an issue where my order has been damaged, food was spoiled, or just didn't like the product, they have always refunded me without question and usually did not want the product returned! To top it off, when my fur baby passed they mailed me a HAND PAINTED PORTRAIT of her. Incredible company!

We've ordered from Chewy for years without any issues. Shipping is fast. Sometimes FedEx has delays but that is not the fault of Chewy. Now for the amazing part, we had ordered prescription food for one of our cats with renal failure. It was hard to get her to eat so we bought different brands. We had only fed her one of the cans from the case of food which she didn't like. Shortly afterwards she unfortunately passed away. A couple of weeks passed and I contacted Chewy about a possible return of the remaining cans. They gave us their condolences and immediately issued a refund. Then something absolutely wonderful and unexpected happened. A delivery person came to our door with a floral arrangement. It was from Chewy for the loss of our pet. It brought tears to our eyes for the amazing gesture. This was above and beyond! We are Chewy customers for life!
