Chewy has always been FANTASTIC for us. The customer service is great, they have helped when we found out our Laberdoodle has a chicken allergy in finding us an alternative food that all our pups can eat and enjoy. Our orders always come on time and I can add or change anything on their website easily. Love Chewy !!

Chewy has been an excellent resource for information, medication and reliable pet food delivery for my two dogs. The scheduling of deliveries has made it very easy to manage their diet. We buy everything from Halloween costumes to beds. They even send a birthday card each year. My dogs love chewy

Chewy has been a great company to deal with. Great products and customer service. We had a auto ship arrive the other day and a new bag of dog food for our older dog was in it that my wife forgot to delete from the order as we had to have her put down a couple days earlier. She called Chewy and explained the situation and said she would return the food. They said keep it. And the lady was very compassionate. 2 days later a HANDWRITTEN card and bouquet of flowers were delivered to our home with condolences for our pet. This to me was above and beyond. I seriously do not understand how the reviews are so bad for them. This business is a very nice business. They refund you with no hassle. None of that give me evidence you didn't receive a delivery, they trust you and process the refund. It is ease to be shopping with them because I know I can trust them to do the right thing.

Not only did they help me cancel my auto-ship and returns, but I was also pleasantly surprised today to find a package at the door. Brenda and the Chewy family sent Monty a beautiful celebratory gift package containing a new bed, healthy cat treats, and a deeply thoughtful, lovely note. I can’t say enough wonderful things about Chewy!
