This past Wednesday my Mom and I had to bring my cat (Dash) to the Vet where the vet told us that he had an asthma attack and to order a specific cat inhaler assistance. We ordered it from Chewy's website and received it in the mail 2 days later. However, Dash had unfortunately needed to be put down. When calling and asking for a refund and if i could send it back, I was instructed to donate it to a local shelter. Today, 3 days after asking for a refund, I received flowers in the mail with a handwritten note from the person who issued me a refund. Things like this don't happen too often in businesses and I don't wish it would or else this feeling wouldn't be so authentic. Previously, I never have thought much of Chewy until today where I have my upmost respect to this company and will make sure to recommend them to anyone I see who is looking for a quick item for their own pet. If they see this, I would like to thank the staff and their help and Mary as well for the handwritten note!

Our dog was recently diagnosed with Cushings disease. The animal pharmacies we reviewed for pricing were too expensive. I called Chewy and learned that a 90 day autoship provided free shipping and I would save $60 on costs every 90 days. Then our dog was diagnosed with a terminal mass on his liver. Upon further diagnosis during surgery, the tumor had spread and unfortunately, we elected to have our dog euthanized. I called Chewy to cancel my autoship order and asked if per-chance we could get a partial refund. Not only did Chewy give us a FULL REFUND... but 3 days later we received a bouquet of flowers in Rusty's memory. Thank you Chewy! Although we were new customers, you have our business! Chewy is truly the best! My sweet kitty died a few days after I had received a large order of food and litter. Not only did they refund me, but requested that I donate my order instead of returning it. That is super generous. And yesterday when I came home there was a vase of flowers on my doorstep and a sympathy card from Chewy. I don’t know any other company that is so thoughtful.

Very helpful customer service. I was having trouble finding my dogs usual food anywhere. It was sold out online and at local stores. I called Chewy to see what they had available. We normally order a 24lb bag every month and they only had 4lb bags. Thankfully, customer service helped me out by sending a couple of bags at a discounted price (since ordering 6 small bags to equal the one large bag would be much more expensive). The food arrived very quickly and I have since switched food brands to avoid this (now, all too common) problem from happening again in the future.

Hello fellow pet lovers! I fell compelled to tell my story. Will try to keep it short! Long story short, I have purchased from Chewy for several years for my cat. Anytime I had an issue-they immediately resolved it. Usually it was cat treats that came open in transit. Most recently I lost my furry friend and let them know to cancel my auto ship. They SENT ME FLOWERS in condolence! Who does that these days???? This company is amazing!!

Chewy 100% has the best customer service! My older dog developed DM, he began getting very picky about his food, I was trying everything. I tried a food which he hated, I called to ask if I could possibly exchange and without hesitation they told me to donate the food to a shelter, issued me a refund, and we tried another. Once he passed in January I contacted them to see if I could return some items that I had on auto ship that were still in the shipping boxes and again without hesitation they asked me to donate the items, issued a refund, and sent me flowers. This was so thoughtful I honestly couldn't believe it! Whenever I get another pet you will be my go-to for everything I need! Thank you again for being so kind and thoughtful.

Chewy is amazing, they replace items with no problem and take the time to make sure your customer experience is great. I called about a missing item and was talking to the representative about how we just lost one of our dogs and the next day I received the most beautiful flowers from them.

I love love love Chewy dog toys Our giant dog plays most of the day. He hasn't destroyed one yet. Giant size Pluto is our favorite. It is also his pillow.
