Chewy is hands down THE best. We lost our perfect pet Friday and they have already refunded us for a recent autoship and sent us beautiful flowers!

When I lost my Liam I was in a whirlwind of emotion and forgot to cancel our by monthly weruva order from Chewy. I called to cancel my subscription and they did so much more than that. I was also refunded and sent flowers for my loss. It was truly heartwarming to feel so much compassion from the person I spoke with and from the Chewy company. Thank you so much Simon!

Wow, customer service is excellent!! They are very customer focused and will do anything to help when an order isn't right (even when its not their fault). I've been shopping at Chewy on-and-off for years, but will now be making them my primary source for pet supplies (helloooooo door delivery!). Big shout out to Chewy - thank you!

I have been a customer with chewy for awhile now and I recently had an amazing experience/interaction with the support team. For some reason my dog started choking on two different chews I purchased. Long story short..I emailed support amd received the kindest, most caring emails back, and a credit for the items. They also sent love to my furry family members and they were above thrilled I would be donating the items to my local animal control! This is A++ customer service! I can't say enough about how wonderful it is to order my dogs food,medications and supplies from Chewy. Prices are always better than other websites. Customer service is superb (and I've called them several times with special requests or help) and deliveries are always on time. I love ChewY
