We have used Chewy for sometime now. We had a scheduled order. Our beloved fur child passed away Sunday 7/10/22. I called with in 1 hour of him passing. Chewy told me the shipment is on its way and they will remove the charges. Just donate the food when I am ready. I was in tears. Then to top it off, we got Flowers and a sympathy card from Chewy. I was blown away and cried once again. I 100% back chewy, companies like this don’t exist anymore. So very touching. Thank you Chewy and staff!!😭🥹

I received an email that my auto ship was on its way for Gunther. My husband and I had to put down Gunther due to bone cancer. I totally forgot about the auto ship. I called and spoke to Shakeitha and tried to let her know what happened without crying but it was impossible. The tears started, then sobs of sadness. Shakeitha said she would cancel my order and told me how sorry she was for me. She was so kind! It doesn’t end there though. My husband and I agreed we needed to go away from the house for the weekend. The house was just too empty without Gunther! We come home and there are flowers on our outside bench. I opened the card and it said “We’re so sorry to hear of your loss of Gunther, and our hearts go out to you. We know this is tough, and we’re always here if you need anything. Love, Shakeitha from Chewy ❤️🐾 Again I sobbed as I read the card. What an extreme act of kindness. Thank you Shakeitha and Chewy! When our hearts heal more and we get another dog, Chewy will be feeding our pet!!! You have us as a life long customer!!!!! 🐾💜

If every company had customer service as good as Chewy’s is, the world would be a much better place. They are stellar. Their fast delivery, their quick response times to emails/calls, their willingness to correct wrong or misdelivered orders, their generosity in donating to shelters, their kindness when a customer’s pet dies… they constantly go above and beyond. If you haven’t used them before for your pet’s needs, I highly recommend them.

Chewy is awesome. Not only were they the easiest way to get everything from food, nail clippers, or a pooper scooper, but their customer service was great too!!! I called a few days ago to cancel my account because our Cocker Spaniel of 16 years passed away and today I got flowers delivered from them! Wow total customer service goodness. Thank you for everything Chewy!

I didn’t seek chewy out, but they just came up in the search engine, so I tried them. It turns out that, because of my experience with them, they have a customer for life. I ordered a fly mask for my horse, and left a review saying that it was fairly flimsy. It was on my horse for some weeks, and then he scratched it off on a tree. I really wasn’t upset about it, but was just reporting on how long the mask held up. I think I even left a three rating. Within hours of having left that review, customer service contacted me and offered to send me a new one… Free of charge. I accepted, gratefully. When I put the second one on my horse, it wasn’t 24 hours before the zipper broke. I wrote them back… Email… And told them about it. I really need a good fly mask on my horses head and neck, so I needed something in a hurry. They sent me another one within two days. What this tells me is that, even though chewy is not the manufacturer, they stand behind the products they sell. That’s all I ask for, and they came through with flying colors. What a great company, with great customer service!

I am extremely happy with Chewy! I started using them about a year ago to get medicines for my 19 year old cat. They gave me a great price and discount for setting up auto delivery.y cat passed away recently so I called to advise them. They are refunding some of my money to my surprise. When I arrived home from work today there was a bouquet of flowers and vase with a sympathy card!! Talk about great customer service!!

My cat recently required euthanasia because He was losing his fight to cancer and lost his quality of life. I was receiving auto shipments of his prescription food and I had recently received one that was unopened at the time of his death. When I called to see if I could return the food, the customer service agent told me that I didn’t need to return it I had enough going on at the moment and that I should donate it to a shelter or a veterinarian. They gave me a full refund to my amazement. I’ve always had good service from Chewy but this blew me away. Great company and amazing employees, with a special shout out to Kiara!

We have used chewy for our pet needs for a long time. We have always been happy with the speed our orders were delivered and with their customer service. Recently our fur baby passed away. We contacted chewy to cancel our account. They quickly did that and refunded us the money for the food we had left over and asked us to please donate the actual food to our favorite shelter. The agent we spoke with was so kind, sympathetic and compassionate. Today, a few days after talking to chewy, we arrived home to find a beautiful bouquet of flowers sent in memory of our sweet fur baby. Thank you chewy for your compassion and kindness.
