I'm blown away by Chewy's product availability and outstanding customer service! I placed an order at 7:39pm last night, the majority of the order was on my doorstep this morning! FedEx delivery and product availability aren't what they used to be, but neither are a fault of Chewy. Every business should strive to be exactly like Chewy! They're the best!!!

Our dog Rocky passed away last week. He has been a member of our family for over 12 years and his passing was devastating for us. I called to cancel his autoship food order that I had set up for him. They canceled it, no problem. I told them I had an unopened bag of his prescription food and asked if there's any way I could send it back. They said they would credit my purchase price of the bag which was almost $100, and to donate the food to a local shelter, which I did. Truly an awesome company. To top it off yesterday I received a FedEx package from FTD. It was a bouquet of flowers and a condolence card. I have never had a company be so accommodating and show they really care about our family. Their customer service and caring is beyond exceptional. We have been using Chewy for over 6 years and have always received great service.

I have been ordering from Chewy for several years. They have GREAT customer service! A real person always answers the phone after only 1 or 2 rings and they have always been extremely helpful and accommodating on the rare occasion when I've had an issue! Super impressed with the service I have received. They also offer brands that I can't find at my local retailers which is a huge plus.

I had placed a review on their website. It was about having spent a lot for something that my cat was not in the least bit interested in. Not Chewy's fault but I did want to give an honest review. When Chewy read it I was blown away by their response. Totally unexpected but they emailed me to say that they were sorry to read that my furry friend did not use or like the item. They told me that if my cat did not like anything that I bought, even if lightly used...that they would be more than happy to refund ( within a certain time period) and made suggestions as to other ideas. They suggested that I donate or give away the item... which is actually what I had done. I had not requested a refund nor did I expect one! All I can now say is I am totally impressed with how they do business and have my loyalty as a customer. WOW!!

I ordered a ACL left brace and harness for my 14 year old Jack Russell. It arrived on July 11th and he had become sick about 9 days ago and we took him to the vet and she told us that he also tore his ACL, however he passed away and did not get to use it. I called Chewy about a return and refund and explained to this wonderful representative and told her that I would return it, she said she would refund, however she said that Chewy wanted me to donate the items to a rescue shelter, I was stunned by this because most company's want their items sent back to them for resale? To this day forward I will always make sure that my family and friends know how well My experience with Chewy was and I am forever grateful.
