Shockingly poor experience. This is a website that sells pet supplies - but they NEVER ARRIVE! I've been trying to order a 6 month supply of heartworm medication and a 6 month supply of tick medication for my new puppy. It's been over a month and they still haven't sent the tick medication. The pharmacy keeps screwing it up blaming my vet. I happened to be with the vet when they verified the order the first time, so I know it's not them. Finally spoke with a supervisor today and she told me the people who keep incorrectly closing the order will be held accountable! How does that help me on my 4th phone call?! Appalling.

If I could give zero stars I would. The first few months ordering food during the pandemic was fine. My order was delivered directly to my door. Then one day it was left in the mail room, on a 6 foot shelf. A 25+ lb box left over my head. I am disabled and this was a danger to me. When I contacted them they said they'd fix it. They did not. They delivered other packages to the mail room instead of my door. Then they started saying I have to sign up for a FedEx account and I said no, I dont want another account. They work on a shipping model. FedEx is their partner and I'm guessing they are big enough business is to work it out and fix this problem with FedEx. Anyways, they start telling me I have to talk to FedEx. Sorry but no. If I wanted to deal with multiple vendors to get my dog food then I'd just as soon build my own dog food shipping company. Then today I tried one last time and got notification the delivery had been delivered. Of course it was not at my door so I suited up to protect myself from my neighbors and went down to the mail room and no package there either. I contact Chewy and they say "oh well sometimes they make it delivered while on the route. Give it until 10pm." Um no, I'm not going around searching my building at 10pm. Then another agent apologized and said that the cutoff was 8pm, but they went ahead and shipped a new shipment which, of course won't leave for days, and it will be another week before I get my order. If you are disabled and need to rely on your delivery being delivered to your door or at the least not put entirely out of reach, then skip Chewy. The service is terrible. They take no responsibility for their shipping. And they expect you to argue with FedEx, when that is their exclusive shipping partner. I cannot warn people away enough. I spoke to so many people and they just gave lip service and kept wasting my time.

Frustrating!! Twice they have lost my dogs prescription. The lady who answered the call is like "I cant help you" "What do you want me to do?" "If USPS lost your prescription it is not our fault." Absolutely no apology!! Bad experience Will not go back to them!

Absolutely fed to the teeth with Chewy's delivery. Apparently they use FedEx here, and after SEVERAL requests that they deliver to my door and NOT the complex's "package room" -- several different orders over several months, BTW -- either nobody can read the instructions or Chewy isn't bothering to add "DELIVER TO DOOR" to my order. Having deleted the app and cancelled my latest order (there are three boxes in the package room that I am not able to lift due to a medical condition), I will never shop with Chewy again.

never again will I use this company for my dogs food!!! i have a prescription for my dogs food and they put my order on hold because they didnt have prescription on file!!! whos fault is that?? never again for this company!!!

I've heard great things about chewy.com so I wanted to buy all my dogs Christmas presents there and I was highly disappointed!!!!!!!!! I guess you cant checkout on chewy.com without opening an account with a email which is fine however I used five email addresses and none of them worked. I guarantee you me my husband and two daughters have never used chewy before so how does our email have an account seems like a scam. Please be careful.

The Customer Service is completely useless because if You have any order issues You won’t get a refund or replacement and end up having to open a dispute with Ur Bank and leaving Negative reviews all over the Internet and god forbid if You have to make another Account using a different email because You accidentally forgot the email and password to previous Account and they just Disable the new One or they will disable the original one when You have only had 1 order issue etc. Unless You want to go through hell with incompetent nothings I would steer clear.

Can you give less than one star. Chewy used to be affordable and reliable, but not since they were bought out. Recently the took over $153 from my account without notifying me. They decided I needed 66 lbs of dog food. I have never bought that much since I worked at a kennel! My 3 dogs eat, on average, 33lbs a month. I called to cancel, the same day and they said they couldn’t. Further more they said they could refund me in 3-5 business days! I talked to 7 different, supposed Supervisor’s. Before I realized they all are. Even did a 3way call. This company is ridiculous!
