Chewy’s customer service is top notch. On the few occasions I’ve had an issue with an order or needed a question answered, they responded quickly (always within a few hours) and were unbelievably helpful! I had an order that was stated “delivered” by FedEx but it was nowhere to be found and they completely refunded me and resent everything in my order overnight without issue.

Excellent customer service. I made a mistake and sent my package to my old address. Not only did the Chewy team send me a new package to my new address in no time, they also did it free of charge and made sure to follow up with me to make sure everything was as I expected. Always a great experience. Recently dealt with Julianne everything was perfect. She is an asset to your team. One of our dogs passed away and we had to change our delivery date she could not have been more empathetic and accommodating Class Act. Also later that night received flowers from Julianne and chewy with a sympathy note what a great touch and a great company I always recommend them anyways and will continue to do so thank you Paul Arsenault

I'm several months late on this but we would get our medication for my Chihuahua Precious through this website. It was way less expensive then the vet we would get them from and they were always responsive to any questions we had. Unfortunately my baby girl Precious passed away on April 30 of this year. We had just received some of her meds the day before she died. In doing so we called to let them know and to see if we could return the meds and we were able too. A week later Chewy sent us two beautiful bouquets of flowers with notes on them giving us their condolences. I definitely didn't expect something like that from a website but it meant so much to us and we greatly appreciated it. I would highly recommend this website especially for inexpensive meds for your fur babies.
