We called chewy customer service to delete auto order as our 14 yr old Goldendoodle passed away this past week. They were so nice and amazingly gracious when we spoke to them. Today, we got flowers from Chewy and Stephan. Thank you so much for thinking of us during this difficult time. We had no children and Marley was as close as it gets for us. The house is empty without her, but the flowers were beautiful and shed some light in her absence. Love, Shannon, Robert & Marley (in spirit)

Excellent Customer Service & So Thoughtful! Just wanted to share how touched we are by the customer service by Chewy. When we called to cancel the autoships for our dog who passed away last week, they not only refunded the cost of her meds from last month, but delivered fresh flowers and a card to us the next day. Wonderful customer service. Wonderful company!!

I recently used the chat feature on the Chewy website when I unexpectedly lost my fur baby Sasha. Olice, the person I was chatting with was very compassionate and helpful by cancelling my auto-ship items. Not only did he offer his condolences, a few days later I received a flower delivery from Chewy with his name. This level of service is why I will use Chewy when I get my next fur baby!

Chewy.com is an amazing, caring and generous company. I contacted them and asked about returning items I purchased for my dog as she passed away. They didn’t ask for the items back and suggested I donate them and refunded me back for everything I purchased. I am always blown away with their customer service and generosity. If you are an auto ship customer you have access to speak with a vet which I used sevral times. So grateful for this company.

Always prompt delivery, if somethings not right they fix it, easy to order, informed of status through the ordering/shipping process. Highly recommend this company and their products!

I cancelled - or at least thought I had cancelled auto shipment - of prescription cat food. My cat would no longer eat it and, in addition, I think it may have been causing her to vomit frequently. Did I err in the cancellation or they err in processing it? Who knows?A week or so later, $72 worth of cat food arrived in the mail. They did not question my need to return the food nor offer instructions on how to do so. The money simply reappeared in my credit account. Distressed at wasting the food, I called and offered to pay the cost of returning it. I learned then that they unable to accept prescription food returns. The person I talked to then spent 15 minutes researching shelters near me that could use it. In the several years I have been using Chewy, this same high quality of customer service has been typical.

I love Chewy.com. I always tell my friends what a great company Chewy is. I bought something their website that my dog didn't like, not only did Chewy refund my money, they told me to donate it! Who does that? No other company I know of. I called Chewy yesterday and cancelled my autoship of my my dogs Apaquell because my husband passed away on July 17, 2022 and I don't know if I'll be able to afford it. The women I spoke with was so nice. Her name was Arielle. This morning there was a knock on my door. Arielle from Chewy.com sent me flowers! It made me cry. What a nice thing to do! I can't say enough about the kindness and caring of Chewy.com and Arielle!

Chewy.co is one of the best examples of true customer service in this day and age. Not only are their products great, the prices are reasonable, the shipping is fast, and, if there is ever a problem with an order, you can count on them to go out of their way to make things right. Very impressive company.
