So, I ordered some pet stuff from Chewy, and paid extra$$ for expedited shipping, they sent a notification that my pkg was delivered, It was NOT delivered 1 star is being generous

I would have given it 0 star if I could. Ordered pain medication for my dog with a torn acl. 13 days and never arrived. Call customer service and explained. First call she said I would have to wait for the package to get to me, return it and then when they received it, they would refund me. I flipped out , she said hold on let me see what I can do for you, laughed and hung up. The 2nd call the woman refunded me immediately. I can’t count on chewy to deliver my meds in a timely manner. Even if there was a shipping issue, the customer service compounded my troubles. I’ll look for another supplier and tell chewy “ let me see what I can do for you “ laugh and hang up. I’m done with you !

Selected a couple of hundred dollars in food and accessories. They have no guest checkout. I am not willing to open an account so my email can be bombarded. Even when you unsubscribe 90 days later they blow up your email again. So happy that they're willing to walk a couple of hundred dollars out the door. Typical POS internet company. Just go to a local store purchase what you need and send it through the mail.

This is the first time i have used chewy and my last time i tried to use 40% auto shipping, to get my discount for the items i was getting for my dog. I had called the number on the site to talk to a person to find out how to use the auto shipping, the lady we had gotten told us that the auto shipping could be used on both a dog bed and toy one time but we had to check out first before we could get the 40% discount on the items. when i had went to the check out the discount was not on there like the lady had told us and the discount hadn't shown up on the lady end. And i had asked her more then once if the 40% discount would show up and be applied if i hit precede with my order, the only thing that had happened when i had hit precede my order there was no discount added to it like the lady had told me it would. Now i was told to wait 5 business days before my money refunded to my card and i am on on SSI now i will have to wait before i can buy Christmas gifts for my dog Brutus, he will open his own gifts. I don't know if his gifts will come in time cause i now have to wait for my money to be refunded and wait to reorder his gifts from some place else, and now it will take 5 business days for the money to be returned onto my card THE 40% DISCOUNT DOES NOT INCLUDE BEDS, CAGES, AND OTHER ACCESSORIES.

I will never buy from chewys again! They always get my dogs RX wrong and loose your order and refuse to make it right.

Every time I send a prescription to the pharmacy, three-to-four days pass by before someone (some minion) gets around to actually calling my vet's office... It's always the same! I'm told that they are having difficulties (form letter) making contact - usually, I'm told that no one answers the phone... I guess that the employees don't care if they call or say that they called... Not fit for purpose! 18 hours after leaving this review, I'm still waiting for an approval notice... No one has made the giant leap to call via the phone. Where do they find these people... No...no progress made yet. What a joke... I hope the CEO is proud of his inefficient company... I bet he shops elsewhere for his animals...

Ordered medication on the 8th. Checked today on the 11. Order still processing. No contact that there was a problem. Was told the pharmacist had to check with my vet. It's Friday at 4pm. They tell me it will ship Monday and arrive Thursday. Slow as syrup on a winter day type of service for the meds my dog needs.

Horrible experience again with Chewy. Placed an order, was 2 weeks late and never arrived. Was sent to the wrong part of the country and then to cover for themselves, Chewy removed my ability to even track the package. Wouldn't communicate they lost the package until I reached out twice. At which point they offered a refund. Waste of time to buy from them. Buy local or even at companies like Petco or better yet just buy from Amazon. Chewy is a bad brand.
