Always happy with this company, they go above and beyond, even in these troubled times. They have the best customer service I've ever dealt with, and my orders always arrive in a flash, everything I ordered included. This is one co. I'm happy to spend my money with, and will continue to do so for the foreseeable future. Thank you for your great job, Chewy! 🤔💪❤️❤️❤️❤️😀

I recently had a miscommunication with a staff member of chewy and my account became deactivated. I called and talked to the manager Ceci and she was so very sweet and helpful! She apologized and reactivated my account. She even went above and beyond and sent me some outfits for my chi chi. I couldn’t be more pleased with this customer service!

Our Australian Shepherd of 12 1/2 years passed away recently and chewy.com was so awesome throughout the whole ordeal, not charging my credit card for an AutoShip, writing me the kindest sympathetic letter and then sending flowers to our home. I thank you from the bottom of my heart for all your support and kindness during a terrible time in our lives. Your kindness will never be forgotten. Rob and Ginger Tice

After putting our 18 yr Shih tzu down Tuesday unexpectedly, I realized I had ordered his $60 meds the day before. I called BAWLING and the agent comforted me, told me no worries on canceling the already processed order, refunded my order and today I receive flowers and the sweetest note from that agent. Amazing customer service but no words for the sincere kindness.

I love chewy. Their customer service is hands down one of the best. The site is easy to navigate and to work with your vet on prescription orders. They send each one of my fur babies a HAND WRITTEN bday card every year. Just blows my mind. I'm constantly referring friends to them. Prices between Amazon or big box pet shops are all basically the same. But the hand written attention trumps it all.

These people are the best, quality products and at fair price. I always shop here after having bad, bad experiences at unknown online vendors who appear cheaper.

I am not a person to write reviews, but I needed to share this experience. My dog recently passed away and I forgot to notify Chewy to stop delivery of his food. When I received the food, I immediately email them explaining the situation, and Chewy did not ask questions and not only refunded the money but asked me to donate the food to a local shelter. this is the message "Please know that as part of our Chewy family, we're here for you in any way we can be. I realize that may sound strange coming from a company, but we absolutely mean it. We're here for you now and we'll be here in the months and years ahead. If there is anything else we can do to help, please don’t hesitate to ask." Warm regards and deepest condolences, Thank you CHEWY and Nathan

If I could leave 10 stars I would! My sister and I both order from chewy, she for her dog, me for my 2 cats and dog treats too, since I am a pet sitter. My sister had the unfortunate fate for her companion of putting him to sleep. It was an awful experience, so sad and difficult. Of course she had to cancel the dog food subscription with chewy. Well...low and behold, last week a flower delivery came to my sisters door. Chewy had sent her flowers. Who does that? What an incredibly kind thing to do! I can't tell you how much it meant to my sister... It doesn't get any better than this. If you can't find what you need with chewy then you don't need it. They are fair with pricing and their customer service is without a doubt superb.
