I have been a loyal customer of chewy for years they've always been good to me but for the last two times I have canceled my auto-ship they went ahead and charged my card and sent the items anyways I called the first time they took care of it the second time I called him after they took my money they said they were going to stop the shipment within the next two days I receive a chewy box then they say well you going to have to send it back and then we'll refund you this is after I canceled online and called and canceled I do not know what's happening to the company but it seems like it's going to down I seen a lot in confident in this last few months so they will never receive my business again if I were you I would take my business elsewhere because I consider that theft

Chewy wants you to create an account so they can use your personal information to sell and distribute. You can find the same items and more on Amazon.

Chewy.com offers POOR service and false advertising. We joined Chewy.com with the advertising promise that our dog food and other items would be shipped to our home as to arrive on or around the same day each month or every four weeks. I joined their "autoship" service to save some money with promised to ship the food every four weeks In December the food was to be shipped on the 24th. It was not moved out of their Arizona warehouse until the 26th. It is now to arrive on the 29th. I never received a message from Chewy.com offering me an idea about the delay and when the food might be shipped. I understand logistics and also understand Christmas holidays, wanting to give employees a break, COVID issues, etc. Why didn't Chewy anticipate this too? Why couldn't they have called or dropped a email note? I also get it that my shipment is just dog food, not a life threatening issue. However their advertising of great service and caring for the client does not match with their service. Chewy.com blew it and is not willing to offer an apology....just excuses.

I am so incredibly disappointed - and livid! I have been a regular customer of Chewy’s for years. I have been receiving my pet food from them on auto ship for years. I have always been thrilled with their products and their customer service. I have been a loyal customer and have always talked highly of them to my friends and family. However, today I received a new shipment. When I opened the box everything in it was wet and sticky with rodent urine and rodent droppings. It stunk to high heaven. I had to close the box, haul the entire shipment out to the trash a d sterilize everything in my house that it touched. That’s bad enough. But what really upset me was the “customer service” I received when I called Chewy’s to report the problem. The agent questioned me about whether or not there was a hole in the box that a rodent could have gotten in. I told her I did t see one, but it smells so bad and with everything in the box covered in urine, I wasn’t going to dig through it to find out. She reluctantly agreed to replace my shipment but told me that she found my story “hard to believe”. Bad enough that I had to deal with that, but to then be called a liar by the company that shipped me a box full of rat droppings and urine was more than I could take.

Ordered twice from this company and they are NOT NOT NOT good with their deliveries nor do they compensate you when they screw up. Communication LACKING with deliveries

Very Disappointed. I just placed an order for Dog food on Chewy, I used Auto Ship for a bag that is $104 and was told by the website I get 40% off on my first Auto Ship, therefore I should have gotten $41 off my order, When I placed my order I saw only $20 was taken off, when I contacted customer service I was told that this is 40% max and it will Max out at $20. That was not clear, even on the reciept is says 40% discount. This is a Bait and Switch if I ever saw one. Promise 40% on the website and only give 18%

Been with chewy 3+ years with repeat delivery have had numerous problems with delivery from fedex from damaged goods from packing and delivery to having boxes left in the rain in our driveway to being 2-3 days late talked to customer service and was told that they would let fedex know and that’s was it not even a “we are sorry for the problem”so I’ve cancelled my account and wasn’t even asked why such a shame
