Chewy.comReviews of chewy.com

Just received pet remberance stone purchased to give to my daughter who just lost her best friend "Chase". Heart shaped engraved stone was perfect...exactly as pictured! Pleasure dealing w/Chewy....I'm sure I'll be back...lot of "dear pets" in this family!

Chewy.com has been great for us so far! We autoship our pup’s food to us every 4 weeks and the delivery service has always been great. Recently I had to start a new auto ship because they discontinued the food we usually get and there was an issue with the auto ship on the new food. I called customer service and they were such a great help, so friendly, and had it fixed within a couple of minutes! I 100% recommend using chewy.com for pet needs.

I would like to do a follow up on my Chewy Review. I received a phone call from a representative from Chewy who expressed her apologies for my recent issue with Chewy. She explained the reason for the error on supposed in stock items and agreed communication would have improved my experience. She also agreed that the customer service I received was less than helpful. Because she took the time to deal with the situation, I think it only fair, I give the company another chance.

I ordered flea and tick meds for my cats( 6 months for 2 cats) yesterday and they were almost $300. YIKES, oh well it is what it is, today I get a phone call that is a CSR for Chewy and she also was a pharmacy tech, she is calling me to inform me that my brand has finally gotten generics that are equivalent in treatment meds and they are CONSIDERABLY less expensive, $92 for 6 months, so needless to say I switched mt order, but now will be truly loyal to chewy for such great training of their CSR's, and their choice of hires, she should get bonuses, Thanks so much

Continue to be impressed with the ease of providing for the needs and wants of my cats through Chewey. Recently an order didn't show up when I was informed that it had arrived. I called Chewey to reorder and it arrived the next day. A few days later my original order showed up so I called Chewey to let them know that I would pay for both orders. I was informed by the as always, very nice Chewey representative, that I would not have to pay for the 1st order since it was their fault. Wow, this was above and beyond my expectations. Very impressed with this service and will recommend to others. Thanks Chewey for your excellent service!

I have been using Chewy.com for about 8 months now. I am very happy with the ease of ordering online, the selection of products, and for the prompt delivery service. I am particularly impressed as to how a customer service supervisor handled a situation as of late. Due to a scheduling issue, my order was delivered two days later than originally promised. I received a telephone call from the supervisor apologizing for the delay and was given a credit on my order. He was so courteous and professional. I am very impressed with Chewy's customer service. I highly recommend Chewy for all your pet's needs.

It’s rare to have a company provide consistent excellent customer service but that’s what our family has experienced with Chewy.com over the years. Top 3 things we have come to expect from Chewy, 1. Real people answering the phone. Never on hold, phone only rings a couple of times. Not only that but everyone is very pleasant! 2. Great selection. Easy to order. 3. Quick delivery. We live in a very isolated area but can depend on our order arriving in a timely manner. And a final shout out to Chewy….. Ok, who does this….. my mom passed away and I called to cancel the auto ship. Well, a few days later we received a beautiful bouquet of flowers and a sweet card from Brittany. So touching. Thank you, thank you, thank you Chewy for a job well done!
