Cannot say enough great things about Chewy! Great prices & excellent customer service! I ordered outfits for my 2 dogs but unfortunately when they arrived they were 2 big. I called to start a return and the very nice customer service representative refunded my account and told me instead of returning the items they wanted them donated to an animal shelter. I loved that.

I'm amazed I ordered at around 7:30 pm on Friday 8-26-22 I received my order today 8-27-22 at 11:15am I'm impressed with the speed of delivery.

I have been having dog food and treats delivered from chewy for a few years. If there is any problems they are always there to fix it. I even had a representative find a cheaper price for me on the treats. I highly recommend

How could anyone give Chewy less than a 5 star review? We've been customers for 7+ years and LOVE this company. We've ordered dozens, if not hundreds, of items from them. They have real customer service- like, an actual person picks up when you call and deals with your ask right away, with clear communication. Or same over chat. If there is an issue with an order or you don't like a product, they will often just refund it entirely and ask you to donate the item rather than shipping it back. That's happened 3x to us. How amazing is that? I don't know how they stay in business being so generous to their customers but we are lifelong customers as a result. They almost always have the products we're looking for at prices as good or often better than the local stores. However, we also shop/ support our local pet stores as we like to support them, so try to balance both. Highly recommend Chewy to any pet owner.

CHEWY, YOU ARE THE BEST!!! Chewy are an excellent company. When an item had arrived damaged, they replaced it no questions asked and no charge. Once when they sent the wrong food, they replaced it and asked me to donate the food to needy pets. So I did. When I told them that my cat would not eat the food that I got her from them, I asked if I could send it back. They told me to donate that food to needy pets and took the cost from my next order. How many companies are that generous these days! I again donated the food. Then when my beloved cat Bindi died I called to have her name taken off my Pets list telling them why. A day later I got some flowers from the Chewy rep that took that call. Thank you Hannah from Chewy! That was very kind of you! They are efficient and very helpful. They donate to pet charities and have done their best through difficult covid times with food scarcity to make sure our pets are fed. I named one of my rescue kittens, 'Chewy'. He is a fiesty little chap! He is strong just like the company I named him after! He has a good home now. They certainly care about our pets and those animals that are needy. Thank you Chewy. In my books you are the best.

This is an incredible company!!! Not only does Chewy have incredible products, they have wonderful customer service! My mother called chewy to let them know her beloved dog was put to sleep and she would not be ordering dog food from them. The next day she received a beautiful bouquet of flowers from a local florist. What a wonderful gesture from a huge company. This company has class and truly cares about its customers!!!

We had the BEST experience with Chewy. Our dear, sweet Aussie, Daisy, passed away two weeks ago and Chewy refunded the entire price of her unfinished bag of perscription food ($75) AND sent us some beautiful flowers. Chewy has our business forever!
