Three months ago I mailed in a Petcurean coupon worth $80 to Chewy.com. I followed all their instructions for cashing in this coupon. I have followed up several times and cannot get through to corporate about this matter. I didn't want to post a bad review, but I have no choice. I am convinced that an employee must have stolen this coupon. I could never resolve the problem, even though I have have copies of the coupon and my letter to Chewy.com. This was my last resort. I realize that the company is not going to help me. I wanted to warn others.

I buy a lot of kitty food and just established with Chewy. I went to reorder and the price doubled on 1 product we buy. I chatted with someone and the answer was it goes by popularity of the product but yet I can buy at the same price from someone else. The price more than doubled. They have lost my business. They are price gouging the people.

I made a purchase with Chewy and got all the things my new little puppy will need. It shipped and delivered fast, I didn’t have to go to a pet store and walk down every isle. I wish I had. Chewy has made two unauthorized purchases on my card. They tell me it’s temporary hold because my items shipped from different warehouses. This was not told to me beforehand and, if that’s the case, THERE WILL BE MORE CHARGES! They are forcing my to pay $650! This is absurd! These “temporary holds” are all coming at random times, none have been refunded, and none are being taken at times that match a delivery or a shipped package.

Ripoff! Ripoff! They charge twice, literally, twice the price for fish medication as other sites. I got roped into spending 30.00 on 30 tablets expecting the traditional shaped ok val piles of good quality and got what I consider, fake, round pills. Most other sites you get 60 pills for the same price and they were 8 dollars cheaper! Now they are opened I can't send them back and I would have to pay return shipping anyway! Never again would I buy ANYTHING FROM THEM! Do yourself a favor and save a lot anywhere else but Chewy! Expect the same review on as many sites as I can find!

So I ordered two dog beds chewy sent a email on January 11th saying they shipped with a expected arrival date of January 13th and provided the tracking number. I didn't receive them yesterday so I called FedEx and the beds where never shipped. When I called chewy they said a shipping label was created .they couldn't explain why they printed a shipping three days earlier or why it still hasn't been shipped. She told me hopefully I will receive next week. So unacceptable.

I have been ordering my prescription dog food from Chewy's for years. They always ship it to me between 2 and 3 days. I did not rush to order new food because I knew had at least 3 days of food for her. I ordered the food on Jan. 8th and I am due to receive it Jan. 13th. That is 5 days. I called customer service and all the girl could say to me was, "I'm sorry." She must have said that at least 5 times. I asked her how I was to feed my hungry dog and she said, "I'm sorry" That was the worst customer service I have ever received.

I purchased a pig chew toy for my dog The pig looked much bigger but the actual size is something that is the same size as a small action figure for a kid when on the website was larger also I ordered bitter yuck for dogs and the bottle I got was for horses I got scammed the photo showed a dog. Worse 26 dollars i ever spent. Shut this crooked company down. They are absolutely a sham. Shame on your website.

I will never use the chewies gift cards again. Both of my daughters sent me a gift card for Christmas and both cases chewyy messed up getting me the gift card. Even after I called them two times and they told me they would credit against an upcoming order they couldn’t do that correctly. I will probably continue to use their products however their customer service are not only inefficient but inept in doing what they tell you they will do
