I ordered prescription dog food for my very sick Yorkie. They kept telling me to contact my vet clinic instead of doing it themselves. Then they told me there were a lot of customers more important than I was. They were rude, inconsiderate, and unabashedly uninterested. NEVER EVER AGAIN!

Why are you still selling shock collars when other major stores have banned the sale of shock collars? If your are a lover of dogs why would you sell products that hurt dogs? They are banned in many countries yet you still support hurting dogs in the name of training or fence boundaries. You are also supporting cesar Milan who has been debunked by vet behaviourists worldwide. He hurts and kills dogs and his show was taken off the air bc he got found out. It’s a double whammy in the name of humane practices that you support Milan and shock collars. I deleted my account. Shame on you.

I just tried to order a Danner AP-4 pump for my fish tank and they keep saying invalid credit card. I don't get that. Plenty of cash there. All the numbers are correct. Not a good first experience. I won't be back as I don't have time to waste. I will also tell my friends about this. I know that Chewy probably doesn't care because they have so many customers, but they should. If it happened to me, it will happen to someone else. And so on and so on. And then everyone is pissed. Going to try Petco or Pet Smart.

I have been a long time customer of chewy and loved it. Recently, however, I am ready to send my business elsewhere. My vet sends the prescriptions, but chewy somehow doesn't receive it. Then, I have to waste my vet time and my time calling back and forth trying to resolve the issue. Today, this isvresulting in me having to drive over 3 hours to get food that was expected to be shipped and wasnt.this has happened at least 5 times. Chewy said they sent this to their tech team, finally, to find out what the problem is. I'm ready to switch vendors.

If you have a pet food subscription, stay away. They lost my prescription, delaying my order by 2 days. Then they promised my order would be delivered in 3 days. It wasn’t. I called when my order was late, the agent told me to call back the next day. So I call for the 4th time (after attempting to get help via email and chat) and they state my order us late, and that’s just how it is. No notes in my account from my previous interactions/issues. It’s been more than a week since I placed my order and still no food. It’s been nothing but a huge hassle with them. Stay away if you have a prescription. And make sure the agents make notes to your account, otherwise they won’t and you get to start all over with every interaction. Also their website regularly loses your documents and doesn’t work. Worse uptime I have ever seen for a large e-commerce company.

I have ordered through chewy.com for several months and had no problems until I woke up to my bank account being overdrawn by 450 dollars. I immediately went to my account and found that they were sending me a ridiculous amount of dog and cat food through autoship that I DID NOT order. I had the option to cancel the order so I pushed the cancel button. I checked after and they did not cancel anything. So I called chewy and spoke to a representative. She was only able to cancel one of the 2 shipments which was a medication that I normally get, but it wasn't due to ship until February 4, They had already shipped bulk of the order from the warehouse after I had cancelled the fraudulent order online. Now they can't refund me my money right away and I am severely overdrawn in my bank account until the shipment comes back to them and then it's 3 to 5 days for me to be refunded on my bank account. I made a formal complaint. Watch out for glitches on their website. This is straight up fraud. Now I have no money and can't put food on the table. Thanks to Chewy I am screwed. The one positive is that the manager said "I'm sorry" several times and they will refund my overdraft fees if I send them a screenshot... SMH

I ordered my dogs prescription from Chew and clicked by mistake the incorrect dosage. I received an email from Chewy to call, and we were able to clear up the issue and money. So the representative tells me everything is okay. I wait and now my dog is waiting on her medication. Chewy forgot to put the prescription with the new order and I am still waiting for the medication.

Came to the facility and no one will help you. The night supervisor looked me right in the face and walked away. The yard jockey came and gave me the information I needed. If you treat people this way, how do you treat your furry family. Total surprise people can be so rude.
