I had a supplement order for my two babies on Auto - Ship when I had to put both of them down with cancer a couple of months apart. When I contacted Chewy's customer service I received a refund right away and when the mailman didn't pay attention to return the package I called again to get return instructions. Instead my representative Delihla asked me to donate the supplements to a rescue group or shelter which I will do tomorrow. Also the next day I had beautiful flowers delivered from Chewy.com with a touching note from my rep and the Chewy team. If you are looking for the best customer service you will definatly will get it from Chewy.

I just had the BEST customer service experience with Chewy, the pet supply company! We had our dog boarded a few months ago & we ended up losing our Jack, a French bulldog. It has been a very emotional loss as this was unexpected and completely preventable, but that is another story for another day. Anyway, I had his special food on auto delivery from Chewy. We have had 2 shipments come in since his passing. I had completely forgotten to cancel these shipments, so I called them today asking how I could return the dog food. The lady at the other end was incredibly understanding, told me she would add me and my family to her prayers and that Chewy just ask, when we feel comfortable & ready, to donate the food to a local shelter or dog in need. She then proceeded to refund me for both my orders. This was so unexpected! It touched me so much, I had to jump on this God Forsaken platform and share 🙂 that lady made my day by her kind words and sympathies.

I cannot comprehend why Chewy does not have 5 stars from everyone! I have two dogs and a hamster so I order from Chewy.com frequently and they ALWAYS go above and beyond. I have never had any issues. There have been two times where products haven’t worked for me only because my hamster Melvin is an escape artist, and my pup Toby has several allergies. Mistakes on my part, however when I messaged Chewy.com, I was completely refunded. They told me that they’d love to see the toy and treats donated to other pets that could use them. Of course that is exactly where they went! Awesome awesome awesome, I wish I could give Chewy.com 10 stars!

Whenever I have had to call chewy it is ALWAYS a great experience! Firstly, the person speaks English! Not out sourced . They always make whatever I need a simple process and are pleasant and helpful! I LOVE chewy.com!

I accidentally sent a very expensive prescription to the wrong address. I would have never seen it!! Bree in the pharmacy was a tremendous help and got it rerouted to the correct address! Yet another reason I will never shop anywhere else!! Keep rockin it Chewy!! Just that and the most adorable birthday gifts for my pets, I love you guys!!!

Recently our 11 y.o. Great Dane was laid to rest. We were receiving meds from Chewy on a regular basis. At the time of her passing, we had just received the latest package. We called to explain the loss and to arrange a return. They handled it with the utmost concern knowing that we were grieving. The next day we received flowers from Chewy and their condolences. It was more than unexpected. Above and beyond. Exceptional customer service.
