Used to like chewy but they started manipulating their way out of paying for shipping for "anything over 49$..." Now they want to play "cancel culture?!" If chewy wants to do that then bu-bye! I just ordered from Petco!!

Thought I liked chewy until I talked with customer service (Ava) who was more happy with cancelling my subscription than actually helping me when chewy shipped my order 3 times to the wrong address even after talking to customer service. Good job Ava! You really satisfied a once happy chewy customer to a never again customer.

I have been using Chewy for several years. Never had a problem. Customer service was always great, products always good, delivery was great. But I do not believe in cancel culture. Made my first order on Petflow today.

I am very disappointed in this company, and the lack of accountability and transparency. As an educated consumer, I chose to support companies that have integrity and that value their customers. Sadly, Chewy does not. My email: Good Evening, I would like your statement on whether you have dropped My Pillow from your company, please. I buy for two households and four dogs from your company, and I personally could care less about your personal political views. So if you have decided to limit my ability to order products on your site based on political reasons, I will go back to ordering from Amazon. In a terrible cancel culture climate and an America that feels torn apart at the seams, I refused to buy from any company that has chosen to cancel specific products that are offered to your customers, who you actually work for.... Chewys customer service is terrible. I received subpar items and wished to return them and had a difficult time getting anything taken care of. Never again.

After my 5th order with issues I just couldnt take it anymore. 2-day ship now takes 7 days. Order is half filled because they are out-of-stock but sent me no notification. I did auto-ship but no more. They have the worse "dont care" attitude. Target and Walmart are cheaper anyway,
