Initially, I received an incomplete order, but as soon as I called to complain, the company immediately mailed me what had been initially missing. While I was annoyed with the initial error, I was impressed by the alacrity with which the shortfall was made up.

I have a year old kitten and two other cats. The baby one has been using everything but the litter to go in. I had been doing all the things they tell you to do. Tried small bags of different litters for that problem. Tried "Cat Attract" and it was a success. Washed out the litter pan and added new litter. It was so funny. They all lined up in a row and took turns using the pan, little one first. I thought maybe we were having a "potty party". The price was reasonable, the little booklet with the litter was very helpful and I bought enough to get free shipping and it came in two days. So far so good. Thanks.

Order delivered on time, this is a great service that saves me from having to go buy dog food (sometimes my 11 year old forgets to inform me that we are running low). Not a bad price for a little higher end food that I feed my dog, worth it for the free delivery and time savings.You have to feel a bit sorry for the delivery folks handling bags of dog food, although mine only come in 30 lb bags.

I would have to say Evo red meat formula was a hit for a short period, but now it is back to wondering if anything would be perfect for this picky pooch.i will probably stick with it, there seems the choices are slim.. my next order of the venison sausage has not arrived, so no comment yet.
