I recently lost my family pet after 11.5 yrs and my heart is aching since he passed on Saturday. Yesterday I came home to his subscription from chewy which broke my heart even more. I messaged them to let them know i needed a return due to him passing over the rainbow bridge. I received the most heart felt response back and a refund. I was told I can donate to a local shelter or rescue in his name. I am beyond appreciative to this company. Melts my heart with their kindness.

So fedex lost my order and it was my dogs food, it was going on 7 days so they said contact chewy about a new order because the current one wasnt traceable for some reason. I sent a message with the details and an hour later they replied with the new order being shipped out same day and on top of that they said if the old order popped up that i could keep it. I thought that was some great customer service, no hassles, no waiting and no extra charges plus they have a wide selection of all types of pet items and the prices aren't over the top. Thanks Chewy, i will be gladly shopping with you from now on.

I’m hoping this gets to the chewy website/company as I feel more people need to know what a great company they are. Enclosed is a picture of my sister who has lived through hurricane Ian but still at this time has no electricity, water and only just received some cell service. She sent us(family) a picture of her dog food order delivered at the perfect time as she was almost empty of dog food for her dog. The thing is she has not received mail or anything and chewy came through at the toughest of times. I myself, order from chewy and will continue to do so. I truly feel they are the reason she is smiling during the toughest of situations. Me and my family here in NJ have been worried sick and thank you for being such a fantastic company. Chewy has truly gone above and beyond with their customer service. After learning of my fur babies passing they have sent flowers to help console us. Not only this but once a wrong bag of food was sent and they told us to donate it. In the beginning they had commissioned a painted picture of Harley as well. We've been lucky to purchase from them from the beginning.

I have been a loyal customer for 14 years and my senior dog recently crossed the rainbow bridge. When I called chewy to see if I could return my dog’s prescription diet and medication, the representative Shannon was more than accommodating. She went above and beyond to help me out and was also very compassionate. Shannon provided superior customer service and she should be commended. In addition, what a sweet gesture it was to receive flowers from chewy. I will continue to be a loyal customer to your wonderful business. Thank you Shannon and Chewy!

I have been ordering chewy for over a year now my orders always come fast an if any are damaged they replace immediately. They are always fresh never moldy or old bags laying around. The delivery guys always bring to my side door as I'm disabled and chewy reps are always friendly and ready to please and help me.i love chewy

I recently bought dog food and unfortunately my dog passed away before I could even open it. I contacted Chewy and asked to return it and they immediately refunded my money, expressed their condolences in a warm way, and told me to donate it to whomever I wanted to. I thought this was amazing. THEN, I just received flowers with a beautiful note expressing their condolences. This is so far above and beyond any customer service I have ever experienced from pretty much any company. I appreciate this kindness and customer outreach beyond any words. This is A+++++ customer service and a really great business model. Customer's will remember this treatment. I most certainly will. Thank you Chewy!

Chewy’s customer service is unmatched! They are always helpful, always quick! My last order was packed wrong by them and they sent dry food instead of wet. As soon as I contacted them, they remedied it immediately and told me to donate the dry food. This order, I accidentally sent it to an old address on file and didn’t realize it until I got a fedex message saying they were delivering it, I contacted chewy and they immediately send me a replacement at no charge to my correct address. This company is doing things right and as a crazy busy mama who makes silly mistakes like that, I am very grateful for that!
