Horrible! Out of stock items are never indicated when placing an order. Order is "shipped" without being able to substitute with something else. All "out of stock" items are automatically removed from customer auto-ship order page so customer must hunt their website for the desired products for the next order instead of simply being able to reorder. We need a better company to order pet products.

I had a question that needed answered before I placed my order. First I reached out by email and was answered, but when I asked for the specifics needed to place my order, my emails were not returned. Then I called and they said they would have a supervisor call me. It’s been two days and no call. They obviously do not care about their customers. I will be going elsewhere.

BEWARE! I placed an order that should have cost me $37.43. They charged my account $53.05. I contacted Chewy (don't know about you but I work hard for my money). The girl informed me that I needed to have my bank on the line to talk to them (yeah right!). So, needless to say they have not only taken out the $53.05, but they will also be taking out the $37.43. They refused to pay me the difference. I've contacted my bank and am submitting a fraud claim. Chewy may seem like it's a great place to buy pet supplies (they even had me fooled), but taking my money and refusing to pay me back is nothing more than fraud and they are NOT going to get away with it.

Terrible website. I have been using the internet for 25 years to purchase services and goods. The chewy.com website is the worst I have ever come across. The search engine is nearly non-functional, the password-reset functionality doesn't seem to work either, or if it does, it takes an unreasonable amount of time.

Very sad when a company mixes business with politics. Chewy has decided to discontinue My Pillow products .....either they are Liberal/Democrats seeking to punish Mike Lindell for merely digging up and revealing the TRUTH or they are spineless Conservatives that are pandering ... either way, we do not care to do business with Chewy going forward.... Sent several emails to Chewys Service Department requesting a phone call to discuss; auto response continued to tell me I would get a response within 2-3 business days. It has been 5 business days and no response. Unacceptable....We have cancelled upcoming auto shipments and deleted the achewy app....too bad for Chewy! In scrolling through the reviews we see others who are not happy with Chewy’s decision to jump onto the “CANCEL CULTURE” bandwagon....look at all the reviews all the way to the end....and note the time stamp on each review....interesting! 😉 We see that many Americans are getting SICK of the cancel culture and are cancelling those who practice it!! We have found alternative companies more than happy to get our business ....and they seem to possess superior business ethics. Chao Chewy!! P.S.: We called My Pillow directly and ordered what we needed.....

Won’t be using your products anymore.

Won't be ordering from these clowns ever again. Tried to get my dog's eye drops that help her not go BLIND, they are taking their sweet time contacting my old vet (I've recently moved). I emailed chewy and asked why it's taken a week, they said "they're still waiting on a response from my vet." Sorry, but that is b**l s**t. My vet knows my dog needs these eye drops because she is old and will go blind without them. Terrible, never again will I waste time using Chewy.

They decided to become political and took out Mike Lindell my pillow. So I canceled my subscription
