I would not buy anything cold or frozen from Chewy. I have my dogs on raw food, and it seems about every other time we have an issue with getting our food in the time frame they promise, always delayed and $225 worth of food is trashed. They don't seem to care to fix it and keep offering the food on their site, which leads me to believe that they truly don't care for pets. Also, I expect better since I pay them $500 a month for dog food, not including other things I add on my autoship.

I ordered my dog's pain meds on 2/11 and got notification it shipped that afternoon and would likely arrive on the 14th. On the 17th, after I had been checking the tracking for days, I finally got an email saying that my order had been delayed. It said that it was expected in the next few days, so I shouldn't worry. I was already out of pain meds and the tracking info still wasn't updated. On the 20th I called, and they had no idea where the order was or if it was still even going to come. The woman submitted a new order, but said it wouldn't arrive until at least the 23rd. No rush, I guess. She said that I could order a few pills to hold me over, but I would need to contact my vet for a new prescription- my vet is closed for the weekend and I live 2 hours away from the closest town. My poor dog is in pain and the petite aspirin I have for him doesn't really do much. I'm cancelling my auto ship. I'd rather pay more or go out of my way than risk this again.

unreliable delivery. if you have a cat on a prescription food & need it before you run out, don't order here. they advertise 1-3 days free delivery. my product has been held up by fedex for 5 days with no delivery date promised. only the shipper can intercede with fedex. i asked chewy.com by chat to do so tonight and the jerks refused. my ibd cats are running low on food and these jerks refuse to lift a finger over my unreasonably delayed prescription food order.

Horrible customer service, placed a order on the 13th supposed to be here the 16th or is the 20th and I still have my product.

I was a customer many years, the company need to change Fedex to normal company. Never will order again. I placed order 7 days ago and all time it was promises " tommorow arriving". They all tell me about bad weather, but we have good weather in NC. My order was out for delivery 2 times, from Wilmington NC, and it never come here. Calling to supervisor, Robert, does not help- my order was returned, when I said I need food asap! Now I have no money no food, my money back will be 3-5 days. No comments, never will order again!

A shame that Chewy joined the coalition against freedom of speech. I going elsewhere to buy my cat supplies. Very disappointing.

I have been a customer for year. This company is getting worse and worse. I have an issue with my dog prescription for 6 days already. They do not update the right fax number from my vet. They do not release ny ordes after I sent the prescription I got myself from my vet. There are a disaster. I will find another option to get my dog food.

A large order was help up for days because apparently a tiny toothbrush wasn’t in stock. I was never notified of the reason for delay, now was I informed that it wasn’t in stock before purchasing. Delaying the pick up of a pup now because the things I need will not be here in time, all over a toothbrush. I waited days and never heard from chewy. I had to call and ask why my order wasn’t en route. Would rather just order from Amazon after this experience.
