Honestly I like chewy but lately their services have left a lot to be desired. They don’t update you on information about your order and leave you guessing. They have items out of stock without it saying it on their website and they won’t tell you until after days you purchased and left waiting for the item to arrive. They want you the wait 3-5 my days to resolve your issue. Like no! My dogs food runs out today and i am super busy being full time student working a full time job which is why I order from you guy a week ahead of time. Now i am running to the store because of this bs. Order a bed 4 days ago that says in stock for my girl who get surgery tomorrow and won’t be able to get on my bed and now I call to ask what is going on and they tell me it’s out of stock but gets back in stocker today or tomorrow or who knows when. Or they can return my money and take 3-5 business days. Either way they screwed me with my time. Last time I order from them!

Our dog has been on chemo tablets for the past 3 weeks. A new supply was to be at our home last week. Week of 2/22/21. We got some pills that belonged to someone that lived in Chicago!!!! We’re in Florida!!! Been doing business with these people for a long time. My wife has been on the phone today, March 1, 2021, with 7 different people due to dropped calls and uneducated people. These people were more concerned with the wrong pills we got rather than taking care of our dogs needs. DUMMIES!!!! We will no longer do business with these uneducated !! They have their priorities stuck up their butts!

I used to love chewy but today after the supervisor Lee canceled my dogs auto shipment and ordered dog treats for some reason without my authorization. I'm done I'm basically they allow supervisors to order something off your card which is stealing. My dog is a diabetic and he canceled her auto shipment for every 3 months and ordered sweet potato treats. He admitted to it. I hope the call was being recorded this morning at 8:08 and 9:06. I called back and spoke to another supervisor and they basically just apologized but that's it. I will make sure I write this on Facebook and everywhere else and let them know what's going on.

Ordered Vetsulin for our cat. First order went smoothly. Reorders were a disaster. It was a knock down drag out fight! Mailed in the prescription using next day overnight delivery. Chewy Pharmacy claimed they did not receive it! Tracked the package, it was delivered next day at 11:20 am! Finally after 5 days received the vetsulin. Third reorder. Sent out perscription again, using next day delivery. Note: It cost $26.24 for next day delivery. Called Chewy Pharmacy, got a rep on the phone that gave me a line of BS! Said they did not receive the prescription. Again, checked the postage tracking number. It was received next day at 11:20 am. Called chewy, was told that they don't fill prescriptions on Sundays. The rep told me to take to my vet and purchase insulin at Vets office. Wet is closed on Sunday! The rep told me to take my cat to the emergency vet to get Vetsulin. Took her to emergency vet. Cost $200 for emergency vet. $95 for Vetsulin. Already paid $64 to chewy for refill I did not receive! tried to cancel order at Chewy, was told I could NOT cancel, no returns on medication! This whole experience at Chewy cost me $400! NEVER AGAIN WILL I ORDER FROM CHEWY PHARMACY! Very poor service!

The last three order have been lost due to Chewy or FedEx. Chewy used to be 2-3 days to recieve my order but now I can't seem to get anything from them.

I’m a long time customer of Chewy who spends a large sum of money with the company on a regular basis for all my pets. If it’s true that My Pillow dog beds were dropped for political reasons (I have written to Chewy corporate for further clarification) then I will be shopping elsewhere. As a side note, I have 3 of these dog beds and they are extremely well made and reasonably priced. My dogs love them! It’s sad when major corporations cave in so readily to the cancel culture twitter mob instead of considering long time customers who don’t engage in such tactics. For all of the My Pillow haters, here is a novel suggestion. Just don’t buy their products. Why is it necessary to try to prevent others from doing so?

My household has bought from Chewy for several years for 2 dogs. I will be canceling CHEWY and will buy my products elsewhere. I also have had enough of your cancel culture including CHEWY Cancelling MYPILLOW products based on a liberal bias, and as long as his products are banned we will NEVER buy another product from this liberal politically motivated company.

We dropped chewy after years of buying If you want to go political and drop sponsors then I can drop you and buy elsewhere!!!!!! No thank you anymore
