I ordered thyroid meds on auto refill.. it sat in transit for 10 days 12 miles from my home, then I complained.. chewy assured me a replacement would be sent immediately.. it wasn’t, that was two weeks ago..the first delivery was shown delivered, I live on a private rd with cameras. They never came, then the promised replacement was canceled.3rd contact and my file is missing.. spent three hours on hold with lies, inefficient people and thoughtless individuals trying to get it resolved.. so 9 times I reached out and 9 times they failed. If I hadn’t taken screenshots of the conversations and their service you wouldn’t believe the gross mishandling of it.. worthy of complaints to the FDA for mishandling

Chewy is fine unless you have to deal with their customer service department, which is subpar. If one of their canned responses works for your situation, then you're OK. If the reps have to actually read what you wrote and create an answer, the experience is horrific. It has taken me MANY emails so far and they still keep sending me replies that have the wrong information. I assume this is a USA-based call center, but perhaps most of the reps are illiterate or don't actually speak English. It sure seems that way. Just hope all you need to do is place an order on their site and everything goes as it should. If you have to deal with customer service, be ready for major aggravation.

After my first order, Chewy discontinued the food my dog eats. I reluctantly decided to try another brand but it's been over a week since I ordered, and the food hasn't even shipped yet. I will have to find a local pet store to purchase food so my dog can eat. Chewy service is inconsistent and unreliable.

We have been Chewy customers for the past 3+ years and have never had a bad experience. That changed when we found out you discontinued My Pillow products because of Mike Lindel's friendship with President Trump. We only spent about $150 a month with you and have now decided to no longer purchase from you company. I was in retail for 45 years and always told my employees to never discuss religion and politics with customers because you are bound to make half mad, look as like the person that made this decision never heard that. Your 15 point drop in stock price in the last month is a tough lesson to learn.

Straight trash! I ordered dog food every month from Chewy and i never had a issue with my order. My last order showed up and the bag was opened and ants was crawling all over the box. I called Chewy and they said not a problem we will send you a replacement, waited for 2 weeks, called again, we will send it out right now.....still waiting! Amazon is better!

Chewy is clueless on making name tags for dogs. I asked that they use the same font for my dogs first and last name Twice they have done it wrong. Last name is too small to match first name. BTW, it still took 2 weeks to receive..still wrong!

I have been a customer for awhile now. With this last order had had so many problems. The order was put on hold because of a possible fraud alert so they sent me an email. I called them and was told because of the amount of my purchase. I bought two dog beds so it was 300$ . I have Great Danes so I need jumbo sized beds. Ok I said no problem. I verified everything and was told my order would be unlocked and shipped to me. Great The next day same email my order is again locked and because of fraud. I called and told the lady I spoke with that I have already verified my information why is it still locked? At this point they needed to escalate my fraud and someone would call me. NO ONE EVER DID. So I called back. I would really like to have my order. After speaking with the third person and being told they can see that I have verified my information but still not being able to help me I said please just cancel my order. Well ma’am we I can only cancel part of your order as the one bed has been sent out to be filled to ship. How is that possible if my order is on hold due to fraud and I am waiting for someone to call me? I don’t know but I can’t cancel it now. Great at least I will get one bed. Three days later I finally get an email that it is preparing to ship out. This has been the longest I have ever had to wait for a package from them. And I won’t receive it according to the tracking for 5 more days. I have no idea what happened but I won’t go this all this hassle again I’ve canceled my orders for the future.

I am sorry to hear that you are part of the cancel culture, You do so much good for animals by helping shelters & Villalobos Rescue Center. I buy from you a lot but cannot any longer since you stopped carrying My Pillow products. As a Christian & a patriot, I stand with Mike Lindell. Did you not think that people like me purchased your products? Your company has broken my heart over this. Sad. Their reply to my e-mail is a lie or they would not have banned My Pillow. Thank you for sharing your feedback. I am sorry but here at Chewy our focus is pets as well as their health and happiness. We have no political alignment and only wish to focus on what is best for your furry loved ones. We're sorry to see to see go, but we're always here for you if you ever need us in the future.
