Holy moly I went to seven stores, trying to find a certain food. Found it on chewy ordered it yesterday. It all showed up at my door not one can damaged. You guys are amazing!!!!!!!!!!

Chewy is amazing.Their prices are great. I always receive my orders within 2-3 days. Now I just had the best experience. I placed an order on Monday. I received an email on Wednesday that my order had been delivered. When I checked it was not there. I checked my online order and discovered that I accidentally had it sent to my mother’s address in WI! I live in FL. I called customer service and explained. The representative was so nice. She placed my order again using the correct address at no cost to me. When I asked what I should do with the order that was delivered to my mother, she said we could donate the items. Thank you Chewy!

I’ve used Chewy for almost 10 years for many pets. Never once had a bad experience with them. If something arrives damaged/opened, they immediately send a replacement, arriving in a day or two. I’ve placed 100s of orders and cannot be happier. I love their auto ship too as I can easily change dates to my needs. When I inherited my moms dog after she passed, I ordered pet bed stairs. She would not use them I contacted chewy and they told me to keep them and refunded my money. Then she starts using them so I contacted them again and asked to be charged again for them (refund had already came through) , they told me to keep them, no need to re-charge for them. It was a $40 item. The only down side is many of their sales or deals will only apply once, not allowing you to buy multiples. Say it’s cat litter tor 50% off -they let you buy 1 only. That is my only complaint.

I recently placed an order with Chewy and when it notified me the order was delivered and I didn’t have it I wondered why. When I reviewed my order I realized I didn’t change my address since we moved. I called Chewy and asked them what my options were and they put in a new order and sent it out the same day with no charge. You CANNOT beat Chewys customer service! Thank you Chewy for your help and great customer service!

I called customer service earlier this week, explaining that the dog that was receiving auto-shipments of medication had died. They were very kind and helpful. Much to my surprise, they sent me a bouquet of flowers today! The card said it was because of our dog who had passed away. Outstanding!

We used Chewy.com for years for prescription medications for our dogs. When our beloved lab passed away suddenly, we had already received his new meds in the mail but had not yet used them. Chewy said they couldn't take them back but gave us a full refund anyway. They were very compassionate on the phone, and then sent flowers with a sympathy card. What a wonderful company!
