Incompetent. I've been trying for a WEEK to fill a prescription for a diet that my dog needs. The one the Dr ordered is out of stock, I ordered something else. I sent a NEW authorization for the NEW DIET THREE, that's THREE times and these MORONS CAN'T comprehend that I have sent a NEW AUTHORIZATION for a NEW FOOD. They canceled my order, I reordered it. They sent an email requesting additional information for the authorization THAT I ALREADY SENT, TWICE. I sent it again. Called Twice. Referenced the NEW AUTHORIZATION. CRICKETS from Chewy. These are INCOMPETENT MORONS PEOPLE.

Why are the boxes so heavy? And why cant they be delivered to my front door? I called to state my concerns and I was told to use Amazon! WTH is going on? Canceled

I cancelled my order with Chewy several months ago due to them sending the wrong product. They are still charging my account. I called customer service and got a extremely rude “customer service rep”. I asked for a supervisor and she hung up. I called back for a supervisor and he was absolutely worthless. They had no right to charge me in the first place and then acted like I did something wrong. After looking at their reviews, I have come to the conclusion this is not a isolated incident. There are other quality companies that really care about your business and I will be using them. Adios Chewy.

I have been a faithful customer for several years and my most recent autoship did not include the dog food I typically order. Chewy should be reliable by maintaining their supply line when they have plenty of notice in the pipeline. Additionally, the smaller items that I did put on my auto ship now show delivered, but I do not have them. I called customer service and the woman was very short and did not care about helping me locate the package. She said their shipping vendors update package status delivery times ahead of time. This package shows delivered by FedEx show I do not believe her excuse. She refused to answer my questions and cut the conversation off.

I tried to create a new account with chewy for my 3 pups. Their system kept saying my card number was incorrect. I called customer service, same thing. Chewy customer service said it’s my problem and call my bank. Call the bank everything is fine, says it’s the vendors issue. Guess I won’t be purchasing from Chewy. They were not willing to looking into this issue at all in their end.

My boyfriend and I ordered the 4 panel pet room divider. It arrived on time, however it came broken. So he called. The representative was very nice, but you could tell she was working from home. The back ground noise was horrible. She stated she'd send out a replacement. It arrived last Thurs, however this one is broken even worse than the first one. I called n spoke to a young man in customer service, whom also was very nice. He said he didn't feel comfortable sending out another replacement. He did said he'd give us a full refund, which is great, but we still have 2 broken gates. The product value is horrible, but customer service has been very good. Do not order from Chewy.com

I ordered throat gold for my dog and Chewy sent tablets to treat anxiety. The customer relations person was extremely poor. I told her that I have been waiting for days for this product. No empathy and would not rush the new order of throat gold

I have always supported chewy and spent thousands of dollars there and sent hundreds of people to get their puppy food from chewy. But I will no longer support them because, simply for political reasons, they have stopped carrying certain items. And that is wrong. Good items are worth selling. And it’s upsetting that companies like chewy would do this.
