Chewy.comReviews of chewy.com

Chewy is by far my FAVORITE place to buy all my pet needs. I received a bag of guinea pig food that had a tear in it, I let them know and they sent a new one to me no questions asked. I buy food for my bunnies, dogs and guinea pigs on this app and it always comes within a few days. Definitely convenient when I am too busy to drive 30 mins to the store! I also LOVE that they send birthday cards/small gifts for my animals. I am so grateful to have them around!

I've been ordering from chewy for awhile now. Never got a wrong item and the pricing is top notch. Today someone stole my package from my house. Called chewy and they replaced at no cost no one questions asked. Best customer service ever. I'm so glad there are people out there that still care about others. 🤗🤗 thank you chewy for making a cat lady happy.

Super easy and cheap as long as your vet picks up the phone to confirm script

Andera helped me with an order and found out my dog had died. I got some flowers from Andera and Chewy 2 days later, so very kind and thoughtful!

I purchased an item on line a few weeks ago. And the item was not going to work for me. So I emailed them for info about a refund.. the customer service emailed me back right away and said this: "I’m sorry the Penn-Plax Fishbowl Filter Kit didn't work out, but I'm more than happy to help. I've processed a refund of $24.85 to your PayPal, and that’ll post back to your account within 3-5 business days. If you believe the Penn-Plax Fishbowl Filter Kit could still be of use, please feel free to donate it to a local shelter or rescue. We'd be happy to know that it's going to help pets in need." This is amazing customer service! This made my day! I will continue to do all my orders thru Chewy! Thank you Chewy for standing out and giving me hope in the future of customer service in the world!

I recently had to have my horse euthanized due to illness and age. I got a notification from Chewy about an autoship order for him the same day. I tried to see if I could cancel this and sent them an email. I received an email about a day later where they express condolences for my horse and asked if I would pay it forward and they would credit my account with no return needed. The letter was so sincere and such a wonderful thing to get from a big company, I was admittedly surprised and touched by the letter. I took the supplement for my horse to my veterinarian who will donate it to another horse lover in need. Not only that, but I was the recipient of flowers from them the next day with a note of condolence and support. I was so touched by all of this and it lifted my heart to know that a big company would take the time to do this for a complete stranger. I thank them and I have told all my friends about this great customer service. I will be forever impressed by their actions and they have gained my full support for as long as I own my pets. Thanks Chewy!!

My Wife and I have 3 dogs and the big guy Duke has been chewing on his paws. I called the customer service line and I spoke to a young lady by the name of Bailey who was very helpful and polite. We discussed Dukes problem and she told me that dog food with grain in it will cause dogs to have allergies to grain. She was so helpful and I have to give her and Chewy a 5 out of 5. I would recommend them to anyone that loves their pet. Once again thank you Bailey. You are a true inspiration and I wanted to thank you. Best Regards, Brad Sanguinetti

Me and my family are very happy with chewy.com. We had two dog training collars that had on/off switches that broke and I notified customer service and they replaced the collars without any problem. We will continue to shop with chewy.com.
