The people who work there are the most inept people I have ever had to deal with. For the last three weeks I have been trying to get a prescription filled. Always an excuse they have not received the prescription from the Vet. Then they cancel the order. Two days later they send me an email saying the order is approved and for me to complete the order online. I go to place the order and I am unable to do so. I then call Chewy's and the representative says she will complete the order and I should receive it the following week. The following week I receive another email stating the order is cancelled because they have been unable to receive the prescription. I called again and got some BS from the representative stating they are waiting again for the fax from the vet. I have no intention of ever ordering from them again.

Placed an order and also changed my address. I was insured they had the correct address. They still sent it to the wrong address after confirming that they had the right one. Called to find out where my order was and it take another four days to receive it. A very bad experience. I don't plan to use them again.

They sat on my order for several days after the vet had approved the prescription food I had ordered. I contacted their online customer service agents and they acted like angry teenage girls. The first one was rude and kept acting like we were disconnecting when we clearly weren't. She finally pretended like she couldn't see my responses and disconnected us. I logged back in and tried again, this customer service agent disconnected with me immediately after I asked about my order and gave her the order number. The third time the agent was pleasant and gave me obvious cut and pasted responses, which answered none of my questions. And I was basically told they had no idea where my order was or if it had shipped. It finally turned up 3 days later. Apparently Fedex had picked up but not scanned in the item. Hence the reason nobody had any idea what happened to my order. Will never do business with them again. Mistakes happen, that I can forgive. Their horrible, rudeness when inquiring about the order after they had taken my money was completely unacceptable. I find these glowing reviews of them suspect as this kind of thing seems to be common with this company.

Chewy is unreliable, sloppy and careless. I have used them for a while, the last three auto ships I received came in heavily damaged. It seems they hire morons in their shipping department that can't even pack things well. Case in point, they put a 27 pound box of litter in with two flats of cat food. The box had one paltry piece of paper in it as "packing". Is it any wonder that as the UPS butchers used the box as a soccer ball, the litter crushed the cans? I wonder if anyone in Chewy knows what can happen with dented, violated cans? Then I saw their president came from Amazon. So, the same corporate focus of "customer be damned" that seems to pervade Amazon, now is the corporate motto for Chewy. I will never order from them again an I wouldn’t trust them to ship a flea collar without damaging it.

Chewy is no good stay away I have my dogs food auto shipped every week at first it was great now for the past few months they been charging me double every four days instead of every six so if u don’t want to be robbed stay away.

Prices are nothing special,product arrived with almost every can in five cases all dented and some even split open.Shipping box and packaging were fine,this was not done in transit,it was shipped by Chewy like this.Shop elsewhere

I have ordered from Chewy twice over the past 2 months and both orders have been missing items or including wrong items. Most recently, the bag of treats was ripped open in the box so that the treats were everywhere. I chatted with Lexine S on the chat via their website and informed them that I was extremely dissatisfied and will no longer be purchasing from them anymore and was met with cheesy, insensitive pet-themed puns. Very unprofessional!

I have been a long time customer at chewy and for the past two weeks I have been trying to get my dog her prescription food and I understand that they say it’s the manufacture but when I call I’m always told a day the food will be in and I’m told that an email will be sent to me when the food becomes available. That has never happened and each day that the food is supposed to be in it sells out very fast and now I’m stuck trying to find my senior dog her prescription food. Bad in you chewy! I have always recommended you and now I have to go and find some kind of food to save my little dogs life! Shameful!
