I placed an order for dog food on 3/21. On 3/22 I received notice that it was shipped Fedex. On 3/24 I received notification that it was delivered. I work from home and the desk in my home office overlooks my front door. There was no delivery. I checked to make sure that Chewy had the correct address. I emailed Chewy and they sent another shipment via Fedex. It's 3/29 and I received an email that it's been delivered. Nope. No delivery. I called Chewy and they issued a refund. They have been responsive. They just can't get any dog food to my house. Fedex has delivered other items to my house. Just not from Chewy.

Dishonest customer service reps....they offered me a 50 dollar discount on a large order, yet my paypal invoice shows full price. Received nothing but runaround talk from customer service reps....,buyer beware!

This is just a glorified drop ship business that is killing the local shops and has horrible customer service. Placed an order and took a week to even get shipped then another 5 days of travel. Almost two weeks for a simple order. They don’t even care. They sell crap. Do your pets better and purchase somewhere else

This review is only about the pharmacy. They refused to transfer a prescription and so I had to mail it. Then they said, oh yes we could have transferred it. It took USPS 5 days to get it there. TEN days later they still have not shipped the medicine! I have been on the phone all day with them. Total run around. They do not care one bit about your animal or their health. 1-800 Pet Meds is the only way to go for Pet medicine if your local independent pharmacy does not have it.

I was a Chewy customer for years, but seeing them still sell Seresto products after nearly 1700 reported pet deaths and countless human illnesses caused by them I am shopping elsewhere from now on. Same goes for PetSmart and Petco. Shame on them.

I decided to try Chewy Pharmacy instead of another on-line pharmacy that I was using merely due to price - BAD decision! I set up an autoship order and sent in the scripts. I got my first order and then when my second one was due to arrive I got and heard nothing. I had to get in touch with them. No email or notification from them at all!!! They never applied the new Rxs to the autoship order! Now my dog is out of meds and I have to go back to the vet and purchase meds to hold him over (and pay full price), get new scripts, and go to a different on-line pharmacy! Exactly what I was trying to avoid with autoship and on-line pharmacies in general!!!!!

I have used chewy for years, pretty much from the beginning. I don't know what has happened, but their service has gone down hill over the years. The past few years my orders have been lost, or never sent. I order prescription food for my old cat in plenty of time for it to get here before he runs out. The past 5 or 6 times I have ended up running out of food or almost before it arrives. I understand that once the package is in the carriers hands it not their fault if it is late, but they have to share the responsibility to make sure that FED EX is delivering. I have decided to stop using Chewy, I gave them plenty of chances to be the company they used to be.

Ordered 3 items online and the full amount came out of my bank account right after I confirmed my purchase online. 2 days later I wake up to another charge to my bank card and when I looked they charged me again for 2 of the 3 items that were being shipped today. Was told it was a temporary charge. If I paid in full why are you charging my bank again without my consent for items I already purchased.
